⭐ 1 STAR – AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
I can honestly say that my experience with RightBet has been one of the most stressful, frustrating, and disappointing experiences I have ever had with any company, let alone a betting company.
I had a live bet running on my account and was offered a cash-out value of over £3,600. At a crucial stage, my account was suddenly restricted, leaving me completely unable to log in and manage my own bet. As anyone who gambles responsibly will understand, having access to your account when a live bet is active is absolutely essential. Instead, I found myself locked out with no clear explanation and no way of making any decisions regarding my own money.
From approximately 10:30am onwards, I spent the entire day trying to get this issue resolved. I sent emails, used live chat, provided all the information requested, and repeatedly explained the urgency of the situation. I was told on numerous occasions that someone would contact me. I was assured that the matter would be looked into. Yet hour after hour passed with no meaningful update, no phone call, and no resolution.
The most frustrating part of all was the complete lack of communication. Nobody seemed willing or able to provide a clear answer. Instead, I felt like I was being passed from one person to another and constantly fobbed off with generic responses. Not once was I given a satisfactory explanation as to why I could not access my account while a live bet was still active.
The stress this situation caused was completely unnecessary. I spent the entire day chasing a company that appeared to have little regard for the impact their actions were having on a customer. Being unable to access your account while potentially thousands of pounds are at stake is unacceptable. The anxiety, frustration, and uncertainty caused by this situation were immense.
What concerns me most is that I did absolutely everything that was asked of me. I provided my details, cooperated fully, remained patient, and repeatedly requested assistance. In return, I was met with delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of urgency. Even after making it clear how serious the issue was, nobody seemed interested in resolving it promptly.
I have since looked at the reviews left by other customers and, unfortunately, many of the complaints appear very similar to my own experience. Poor communication, delays, account issues, and customers feeling ignored seem to be recurring themes. Had I seen these reviews beforehand, I would never have opened an account.
A betting company should be transparent, professional, and responsive, particularly when customers have active bets and significant sums involved. In my opinion, RightBet has fallen well below the standard that customers should reasonably expect.
I will be taking this matter further through the appropriate channels because I do not believe this situation has been handled fairly. Customers deserve better than being locked out of their accounts, left waiting all day for promised callbacks, and given little to no information while important decisions are being taken out of their hands.
Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering opening an account with RightBet to proceed with extreme caution. This has been an incredibly negative experience from start to finish and one that I would not wish upon anyone else.
