I would highly recommend Right Now Residential. The gentleman Alex, I first spoke on the phone was so professional, kind and patient during the whole letting process.

Even after I rushed and paid my holding deposit for the property I was interested for rent then changed my mind and cancelled it.

When I said to Alex that I have decided to cancel my tenant agreement and asked for deposit refund he was so kind and understood my position. In a minute he was able to confirm me that I would be refunded by Right Now Residential. Then I went to the headquarters of the company and met Alex. I explained to him why I took the decision and he understood me and was so kind and supportive. Thanks to the bottom of my heart Alex!

It is not just the professional but above all the humanity I found there.

Chloe was very clear in the communication stage and ensured no questions were left unanswered.

Agency ignores emails, takes long to help you solve any type of problem, most of my emails are ignored, asked for a phone call to sort something out I never received any help as well, my first month of tenancy I had no hot water or WiFi and it took them a full month to help me sort it out, disgraceful
