"Refunded but unclear communication, inconsistent explanations"

Following my previous review, the company has now cancelled the order and issued a refund.
While I appreciate that the refund was processed, it only came after a prolonged period of unclear communication, inconsistent explanations, and a lack of proper updates regarding the shipment.

Since my initial review, I have received no contact from the so-called “owner”. Instead, I continue to receive emails from customer support providing different excuses for delays, including claims of sold-out models and suggestions for replacements.

They eventually provided a DHL tracking number, however it has not been updated for over a week, which strongly suggests it was issued only to maintain the appearance of progress and create grounds to dispute chargebacks.

At this stage, the pattern is clear. This is not just poor service, but highly questionable business practices.

I strongly advise against ordering from this company. If you already have a pending order, initiate a chargeback immediately.

I ordered a cabin and check in case…

I ordered a cabin and check in case from Riigid. The check in case didn’t last one plane ride without receiving so much damage the case needed to be thrown away. All this even though they advertise “it will withstand baggage handlers”and “you’ll never have to buy a case ever again”. The cabin bag is advertised as being allowed onto Ryanair specifically. I’ve just been charged £75 each way on a Ryanair flight as the case was slightly too big to take onboard. The case was put into the hold and as a result also now has damage. I contacted Riigid and they class the damage the check in case to be normal wear and tear. The pictures I sent do not show normal wear and tear after one plane ride. The cases are not with the price and will receive severe damage due to the material they use.

Suitcase scam be on facebook

total scam unit using an American web site and company on Facebook and bombard you ads do not us you will not get any emails or your case i had to get my bank to help get my money back

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL

Firstly, the handles are cheap plastics and the extendable handle is more than a but wobbly. Very frustrating when trying to adjust the hight of the extending handle as it's all so loose. The wheels are also crappy plastic and the whole case has started to rattle and bend from the pressure of being wheeled about!
Absolute joke.

Secondly the inside, possble the most annoying part of this whole bag is, instead of a zipped section and the an open area often with an elasticated pull, these bags have two large mesh an wire panels?) for lack of a better word, covering each half of the bag, held down with Velcro straps. - These are the worse. Awful for hotels with limited space, so so annoying if you want to quickly get into your bag and get something out. Over all an absolutely cheap and pointless accessory that's bordering on lazy incompetence.
Also, when you are trying to pack your bag these bloody panels are all over the place and you have to feed the straps through absolutely terrible little slots, that are now buried in cloths or whatever you have in your bag!!
AWFUL AWFUL DESIGN!!

Thirdly, I'd like to say the custom service was lacking, communication was there but they haven't got a clue what's going on. Constantly three steps behind.
Probably not their fault, more likely an internal connection issue.
If I think of anything else I'll be adding to this.
Be warned. Terrible product. Cheap and poorly designed, better off going to tkmaxx and trying you luck there.
Oh and was supposed to get the free travel pockets to go in and they never arrived!! So maybe that would've made it better but Iwill never know haha!!

Rubbish customer service

Rubbish customer service. I’ve been trying to return a flipping suitcase for over a month now and Ana is rubbish at providing clear instructions. Takes 3 days to reply. Unable to send punctual replies nor make a phone call. Invalid retarded excuses all over. Now DPD sends me emails saying they will collect the suitcase but no clear return instruction from the company such as packaging and return label etc. and when you have a question it takes minimum 3 days to reply. Awful experience. Stay away. Buy from aliexpress.

Purchased 2 suitcases from this store one was damaged asked for a replacement or my money back nothing I’ve emailed them for the last 10 weeks bad customer service and lies after lies so stay well away from here cheap SHIT

Appalling customer service … paid £220…

Appalling customer service … paid £220 for this and whilst it was delivered promptly the lock broke on its first outing and hadn’t worked properly since . Contacted Riigid on numerous occasions and no response for refund or replacement , and absolutely nothing , no phone number either which is always suspect … do not buy from this company
