Nice try, I guess. Shipping was pretty good. Watch was put together wrong; hands are on the wrong dials. Blue for minutes….or hours….🤔. Wow. Customer service is non-existent.

Hi Darryl, I'd just like to add to this, as Leanne has already mentioned in the email to you, the two subdial hands on the specific model you ordered (Toybox Yellow HH01) are switched each batch as a kind of 'signature' for the production run. As you'll see on our latest instagram video, which is actually me building the exact model you have, the hands on this run are in the correct placement. If you're not happy and for whatever reason you'd like them switched, I'm happy to do that for you, but it's just a quirk we allow ourselves since we build our watches by hand, in house, and it adds an element of uniquness to each run.

What a beautiful watch. Even more spectacular in person. Delivery was fast and efficient. I made the order and either the very next day or the following, my watch was packaged and ready for delivery. It took a little longer than I hoped but that was to be expected coming from the UK to the United States. I was just really excited to get it. The watch was presented in a nice hand made looking wooden box. Overall a very good experience

Thanks Jeremiah, we try our best with delivery, as we deliver all over the world, but we always use (and pay for) International Express, so delivery to whatever region is generally a few days as opposed to anything more.

Didn't know it was coming from overseas, so the wait was kind of a bummer. Like the watch. Would like a medal band to go with it.

Hey Michael, Glad you like the watch - we are based in Manchester, England, we try to make this as clear as possible on our website! That said, we do use (and pay for on your behalf) Express International shipping, so our watches are generally delivered even across the pond in a matter of days.

It’s been in the US for 3 weeks according to the Royal Mail tracking and I still haven’t received it yet. I reached out to the company and they ha e yet to reply.

Hi Jeff, I'm so osorry about this. Every so oftem we get the odd piece stuck in customs at the US end. It's VERY rare, but it has happened in the past. I believe my wife Leanne has reached out to you with a tracking link for a replacement, and if and when the other does arrive, you're more than welcome to keep it or gift it by way of an apology for the delay.

Hi Stephanie. I’m not sure what the first part is about, as we can’t remove or edit reviews. But just to be clear, all of our watches use 316L stainless steel cases (top grade at price points way higher than ours). And there are no stickers involved. We pad print all of our dials in traditional watchmaking fashion, and hand assemble to order.
I’m wondering if this review was meant to be for another company? The watch you purchased from us, our Bessie, is a hand fitted double chronograph, with a dual layer recessed subdial and a laser engraved caseback. If you could send us a picture of any concerns you have via email, I’d appreciate it, but please be assured that none of what you have mentioned above is accurate for any of our lineup, so I suspect you may have received a different watch here.
