One of the best online experiences I've ever had. I have emailed Greg at Ward Hoard several times over the last 6 months with questions on his watches. He has always replied within 24 hours every time even though there’s a six hour difference in time between us. once I decided on my watch, I also inquired about a bracelet to be paired with it negotiated the price and Greg created a link for me to pay. . I ordered my watch on March 6 and received it today, March 12.. The watch was advertised as good condition with no visible flaws. The watch I received was basically new/old stock. The watch is flawless. I am really blown away by all phases of this transaction and would never hesitate to purchase another watch from Ward Hoard again.

First of all, I would like to thank Greg for the whole buying process which was as smooth as it could get.
The shipment promptly started the following day even though I made the order on a Sunday.
My questions were addressed in a timely fashion even after the payment went through (unfortunately not the norm for everyone else).
All in all great service and if I decided to get any other CW products I will make sure to check the Ward Hoard website first.

The website is excellent with all the info you need including timegrapher data and if you need more pics or info then Greg has always responded quickly to such requests from me.
I’ve bought 2 watches from Greg now and he also offers part-ex on watches previously sold which is really great if you fancy a change.
I always do my research before buying watches on-line but I have always found Ward Hoard to be competitive on price and I cannot fault the after service.
Will be a regular browser at the website going forward.

Another fantastic experience dealing with ward hoard.
As a Cw collector I regularly buy and sell watches with Greg. I decided to move 6 watches on and received extremely generous pricing ...however due to the extensive collection of watches on the site I ended up putting 6 in and taking 3 out!

Wow, I saw an Astral blue Twelve Ti on the website, which I ordered and received within two days. (This version of the twelve is currently on pre-order for the end of Feb 2026 via CW) Great professional service and the watch itself exceeded my expectations.
