Great service
Purchased a clavinova cvp909 with a part exchange clavinova all done online. The whole procedure was very simple and 2 weeks later my piano arrived and was all assembled for me and my part exchange removed. All simple and stress free. Perfect service.

A great digital piano
Everything was delivered on time and all communication was extremely efficient. The piano was easy to assemble and looks great. It also has a very pleasant tone and is perfect for our needs.

Effortless purchase
We purchased online a keyboard for my son to take to uni. Excellent website and delivery was exceptionally fast - literally the next day, even though we were many miles away in London. It didn't mention including a pedal, so we had ordered a separate one which ended up not being necessary, however the company was helpful and this was easily returned and refunded. Very happy with the keyboard and excellent service from Rimmers

Excellent Service and speedy delivery
I rang to find out the availability of a digital Roland piano recommended to me by my sister. I was told it was in transit and expected before the end of September. In fact it came into the warehouse within a few days and was shipped almost immediately. I am delighted with the piano and the speed with which it was delivered.
