Wouldn't buy any other tea. My family have always bought Ringtons and nothing else compares. Recently had the wrong order delivered and it was sorted extremely fast. Highly recommend

So you still ain't told me when I'm getting my money back you took off me without my knowledge or agreeing to you over me over £400 a want it back plus interest lost and compensation for how a was treated

You can publish my name if you want I've nothing to hide a never agreed to the money coming off

I’m currently signed off with a GP fit note due to work-related stress, and this is what I’ve been left with after deductions — nothing.

No agreement. No discussion. Just zero.

I’ve raised it. I’ve given them the chance to fix it. Still no resolution.

Everything is documented. Every email. Every request. Every response — or lack of one.

This is now being dealt with through the proper legal channels.

I don’t need to exaggerate anything. The facts speak for themselves.

Just received my first order which came very quickly,the cuppa tea bags were good,the tea cake is quite nice with butter on it but I was soo disappointed with the simnel cake I love marzipan but you can't taste it at all and the cake is like sawdust 😥

I recieved an "afternoon tea" hamper as birthday present. What an enormous disappointment. No scone, no cake, and it wasn't even in a hamper. It was in a cardboard box! At least if it was in an actual hamper I would have had something as an actual present.

This is not acceptable calling it either afternoon tea or a hamper. It was literally a cardboard box with tea bags and coffee, neither of which were decaffeinated and a few packets of biscuits. The disappointment was so bad that I actually cried.

I 100% see this as false advertising as afternoon tea contains scones, cream and jam and cakes and that is a fact.

I really liked having the delivery van come to my house, the driver was very friendly and polite, an excellent service.

It was a gift for my grandaughter in University.She tells me it was a really good box of goodies,that she could share with her other flat mates.Just a great treat to remind her of her Nan!

Cannot comment on the food but I can your drivers. Approx 07:27 on the Rainford bypass/Rd, Rainford your driver in a fully liveried up van Reg ND72 XGJ nearly caused an accident. Not only did your driver undertake me he then proceeded to turn into my lane as I was accelerating causing me to have to brake to avoid contact. He knew I was there but still preceded to try and bully me off the road. I pulled up along side the driver who was visibly angry ranting at me through the window when he was in the wrong. I think he then remembered he was in a works van and came to his senses slowing down and realising his error. Dangerously driving in this manner is unacceptable never mind in a company van.

Ordered a birthday hamper for my mam's birthday she was delighted with it would highly recommend the selection of products is brilliant and great value for money would definitely order again

Absolutely vile experience from Dave. Decided that because we had owed money, he'd become aggressive. Previously had passive aggressive comments from him telling us "his salary had been docked". I went to the door today, prepared to completely pay the balance off, he's shoved a slip through the door, walked off. By the time I get to the door, he's driving off shaking his head and speeds off?

Never had this experience before from Ringtons, defiantly will be telling everyone I know to terminate their accounts locally as a result. I wouldn't want this type of aggressive behavior towards any of my friends/family who use this service.

Just tried the new porridge, it’s delicious. Will definitely be buying it again and the new oat biscuits are really nice
