Order 2 glass chopping boards, great price, well packaged and arrived very quickly, unfortunately 1 was damaged, manufacturing issue, emailed customer services and received a replacement within 2 days. Excellent communication and a 5 star service for Rinkit customer services, will be using them again

Well, what can I say! Superb from start to finish. Ordered yesterday and arrived today!!! Quality of the frames are excellent and great value. Had a minor query after ordered which was addressed promptly and professionally (something I’d done incorrectly). I will most definitely be using again!

Fantastic response from Rinkit!
After the delivery guy dropped our parcel on the doorstep, some of our dinner service was broken.
It was easy to contact Rinkit and relacements arrived the next day, Should have marked the parcel with fragile tape, whic may have mafde a difference, but doubt it.

Ordered marble slabs. Which are beautiful Good prices and very fast delivery unfortunately one was broken in transit. Fast response from the company which are replacing it . Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately there was one colour missing from the lovely box of sundae dishes I ordered for a birthday present. When I emailed the company regarding this, I received an almost immediate reply from Mathilde. She arranged to send a replacement set which arrived within a couple of days. Excellent all round!

Originally bought some shelving from amazon last month and decided to order direct through them this time.
Dispatched on 13th wth DPD, it is now the 16th and DPD are still waiting for the parcel from the company. I did contact them and was told to wait 24 hours (which i did and nothing changed) so i went onto amazon and ordered the same shelves and they are arriving today. I guess they are more bothered about amazons delivery rate then direct customers. Disappointed. This is why people stick to amazon.

Ordered two sets of tea plates and a couple of them were damaged in transit. I contacted Rinkit and a replacement set was sent and arrived the next day. The plates are great and the customer service outstanding.

wrong information they say 2 beer glasses but they send 1 and I try to pay with pay pal it can't why can't it then you can complain

When my package didn't arrive, I contacted Rinkit Ltd. I was told to wait 2-3 days and in the meantime to inquire from my neighbours whether they had seen it. I told them I was 80 years old and there are 65 flats in my block. It was not my job to knock on 65 doors. It is their job to investigate. I will not be using this company again. Leaving packages in the unattended lobby isn't an option. Anyone walking by can pick it up. Be aware.

I have had 2 parcels missing (couriers fault not the companies) and both times they have resolved the issue straight away.

I have ordered a couple of things from Rinkit now as they are very competitively priced and offer reasonable delivery charges that are speedy. My last order was for 6 champagne boxes for my daughter’s wedding, one had been damaged in the packing/transportation process so I emailed them and they are sending a replacement. I cannot fault the service and customer experience.

Super impressed with their customer service! I had a couple of items that developed the same fault. I contacted customer service stating the problem-
however I was not very confident I would get any help as I had no idea how long ago I had bought them as could not find emails. They replied the same day and immediately sent out 2 replacements arriving 2 days later. Thanks so much. Would definitely shop with them again

Ordered metal lawn edging on the morning of a bank holiday and the goods were delivered before 9.30am the following day for just £2.99. The quality of the goods is excellent, the pricing very competitive and the customer service superb. I will be a returning customer!

First time I've bought from Rinkit and it won't be the last. I ordered glass food containers at a very good price. A couple of lids arrived damaged (most likely due to transit) and once I emailed them, they issued a replacement straight away with no need to return the damaged item. It was easy to find the return policy, their customer service reacted with lighting speed and was very friendly. Such a pleasant experience which is refreshing. The boxes themselves are of excellent quality and I look forward to using them. Highly recommend.

The best customer service ever. I ordered 3 items which arrived in undamaged packaging but there was a fault with a lid on one item. I emailed and they sent out a replacement in return for evidence of the fault and some feedback in case they could prevent it happening again. I am stunned, if only every company was this good.

I HAD TO DO ALL THE CHASING AND RETRIEVING OF SAID GOODS! After much cajoling Rinkit refunded my £2.99 delivery charge but offered nothing for all the stress and hassle I went through to get my order. So much for good customer relations!
Pathetic excause was that the company was a small one....but it had been going for over 15 years! so a token gesture of £10 I feel would have gone a long way to saying sorry!

Delivery I know is out of their hands but my contract of purchase was with them. They should have been chasing DPD up to find my goods and claimed off them.

Will be warning others of this issue!

In response to their reply as I was in all day and have a door bell I can assure them NO EFFORT was made to deliver to the correct address. As for leaving it with a neighbour, both my immediate neighbours were in and not tried instead it went to a neighbour up the road.
As I said , my contract was with them not DPD. They should have been chasing them up and complaining about the poor service THEY were paying for!! They really should not be passing the buck and expecting their customer to be doing their work for them!
Uncaring customer service!

I ordered through Shop Pay and had a gift address saved for a friend, so yes, my error was nominating the wrong delivery address. However, I contacted Rinkit at least 3 minutes later, asking them to redirect my order. I emailed and also used their contact form.
I received no reply whatsoever, and my order was still delivered to the wrong address. Now, a week later, I still haven't heard a peep.
So my complaint is zero customer service. PS Since the recipient is not available to return the parcel via the post office, I have to drive 50 minutes to collect it. No humans present at RInkit, it seems.
