I ordered some crystal glasses for an event. Out of the 72 glasses I ordered, only two of them were broken, and they sent me replacements right away once I sent images of the box and the broken glass. Looking forward to using them soon!

I ordered some door mats for my entryway and one for outside. Ordering was easy and stress free and they arrived less than 48 hours after I had ordered. One arrived slightly damaged, to which I contacted the team. They were super speedy to respond and organised my replacement without any hassle. It was a pleasant shopping experience!

I ordered a Butter dish from Rinkit . It was broken on delivery, I immediately emailed them . With a photo of the broken item, minutes later, I recieved a email saying a replacement had been sent out!!! I’m so impressed with the speed this was dealt with, will be happy to order again from this company

Recently ordered some raised bed for the garden and a few pieces were missing from the box. Emailed customer services and got a response and a resolution within a few hours of emailing, super impressed by the customer service and our raised beds are now complete and looking great in the garden. Would recommend!

I ordered a table from Rinkit via Ebay and the table arrived in good time. Unfortunately it was damaged during transit /delivery. I called a lovely lady Ana at Rinkit and she apologised and asked me to send a few pictures of the damage and the packaging. I returned my pictures via email and Ana replied immediately and said they would send a new table in the post asap. Fantastic quick after sales and would throughly recommend this company especially their after sales and support. Thank you Ana

Excellent customer service from rinkit. Ordered some well priced tumblers and one arrived broken due to delivery company. A quick respond and replacement was organised from the service team.

This was my first time using Rinkit and unfortunately the item was delivered broken and unusable, so I emailed them and they replied straight away stating I would receive a replacement, That arrived the very next day in perfect condition so very happy.
I would just like to commend them on the customer service I received it was excellent and I shall be returning

I ordered 138 shot glasses for an event. Delivery was quick and I was kept informed of progress along the way. I checked each glass on receipt and found one to be broken. I sent a short message and received a reply within minutes offering to send a replacement. Cannot fault the service. Nice glasses too!

Ordered some glassware from the site. First delivery arrived quickly but had one damaged glass and another with a production blemish. They resolved really fast with no quibble! Would absolutely recommend and the price on this site compared to other main stores is great!!

RINKIT had exactly what I required, the size, quality of the product, good reviews and competitive pricing.

Placing the order was straightforward, and the standard delivery was very quick indeed, arriving on the second day.

I was very pleased with the first item, but during the transportation, the second item was damaged, even though the items were individually packaged well.

I contacted the sales team via email explaining the situation and to my surprise, I had a reply 45 minutes later notifying me a replacement would be dispatched the following morning.

The following day, the item arrived.

I'm very pleased with the items received especially the customer support RINKIT has in place.

I would definitely recommend this UK based company to anyone.

I had a small issue with my order - they had sold out, I received an email asking what I’d like to happen - I was happy for the same item, just a different colour. I spoke with lovely young lady called Ana, who couldn’t be more helpful.

Ordered late at night, as you do, query sorted and delivered on my doorstep the very next day! 🤩 Amazing - tysm, I will most certainly be ordering from you again and I have already told some of my friends about this wonderful company!
