I have ordered a number of items in the past year. They have been well priced, good quality and quickly delivered.
My last order was delivered with two damaged items, I contacted the customer service and experienced a prompt first class service the company should be very proud of. Regards from a Very happy customer.

Had a problem with a curtain pole
Which i was in contact with ana about once I explained the problem and sent photos
She didn't hesitate in arranging to send a replacement so thank you ana
Update on service replacement arrived next day 16th December

This company is excellent.Had an issue with my delivery not rinkits fault.Courier problem.I emailed Rinkit and they replied within the hour sorted my problem straightaway.They go above and beyond.No messing around just brilliant customer service.

Have ordered glass and enamelware a couple of times and always been pleased with the quality and price. In a recent order one glass was broken. Super speedy response from customer service who posted out a replacement extremely quickly. Very happy

I received the incorrect order. My email to customer service was answered very promptly by Victorija and the issue resolved. I was advised to keep the wrong order and I plan to donate to charity. My correct order arrived the very next day. Excellent customer service.

I recieved a parcel today which was a set of 12 wine glasses, unfortunately only 7 survived the post process, I contacted by email with a very swift response, within 2 hours the matter was dealt with and replacements have been dispatched. Considering the busy Xmas build up I’m very impressed with this being dealt with so promptly, thanks again and Merry Christmas to their staff.

I ordered from Rinkit via Amazon and one of my items was delivered damaged. After speaking to Amazon I contacted Rinkit directly and they not only responded straight away, they organised a replacement which showed up the very next day.
Great communication, fab customer service and really great quality products. Highly recommend.

After waiting for two weeks for a delivery from Rinkit I found out the courier had broken the contents of the parcel.I contacted Rinkit directly and they sent out a replacement which I received the next day .very good service and a good company to deal with.

Would of given No stars, I ordered through amazon and I never got my parcel delivered, then ordered through there own website and paid for next day delivery still no parcel, call rinkit who said it would be delivered by a different courier not evri, said i would get a tracking number which I never got. I would avoid this company all together.

Great service, sadly one item was broken during transit, a replacement was sent out the next day. Highly recommend.

Bought some lovely unique glasses from Rinkit. When I opened them, I noticed 2/6 glasses had chips in. I contacted Rinkit straightaway who immediately sent out replacement ones. Lovely products, even better customer service!

I ordered a slate table runner from Rinkit, which was delivered on the 5th December. Unfortunately it arrived broken. I contacted the company by email straight away & to my suprise they responded in less than 30 minutes.& we agreed that a replacement would be sent out. I was more than happy but not as happy as when the replacement arrived this morning. Less than 24 hours after our communication. Im absolutely amazed at the service given by Rinkit & cannot recommend them more highly.

I had a problem with my initial delivery, which was very promptly resolved by Viktorija. It has given me the confidence to use this company again.

Purchased xmas tree holder, evri left it outside my front door on busy main street of course when I returned home from work hours later it had been stolen!! Contacted Rinkit who arranged for another to be delivered day of my choice when I would at home....absolutely quality service no messing communication excellent via email. The product itself is briil my real tree fits inside it perfectly has a pot also so can keep watering the tree. Well impressed will defo look to purchasing from this company again.

Hands down the worste customer service I have experienced in 36 years of being alive!!

I purchased some folding tables and benches back in the summer for a family camping trip. They unfortunately arrived damaged, and so I contacted Rinkit to start my return on Aug 18th.

6 months down the line, they have still not refunded me for the items. In fact, they still have not even collected them!! 5 times they booked a date for collection for these "large items" and promised me someone from Evri would collect. Yet 5 times I waited home all day, took the large boxes out of storage, brought them into my family kitchen, and nobody arrived.

They refuse to refund me without the items been returned, and yet nobody turns up to collect them. I have very large boxes taking up space in my family home, and left out of pocket with Christmas on the horizon. I have took annual leave from work to wait home for collection and wasted countless amounts of hours staying home with 5 children for nobody to show up.

It is absolutely disgusting. I have asked that it is to be raised as an official complaint, and still there is no resolution in sight.

Great items and very good customer service

Great quality for the price, rapid delivery. Ordered from them several times, only ever one problem with order (item broken in transit) which was resolved immediately. Recommended.
