All companies sometimes make a mistake - what *really* counts is what they do afterwards. In my experience this company is outstanding! There was a billing error, but when I emailed Dragan immediately fixed it and put things right without fuss - I got a message confirming the company action at the same time as the goods were despatched (and that was quick too!). I'd recommend Rinkit as a great ambassador for a genuine commitment to good customer service - well done guys, thanks! Compare this to my experience with a larger company: simple issue, unresolved after more than 2 years...

My order arrived broken, not Rinkit's fault but due to a poor delivery service. I sent a quick email, it was answered very promptly and a replacement being sent straight away. Great customer service, well done Rinkit!!

Contacted Rinkit about an item that had been delivered damaged to my elderly mother. They responded within an hour to say they would replace the item within 3 working days. I have bought a variety of items from Rinkit and always been very pleased with the product, service and speed of dispatch. This time was no exception, a lovely product at a very good price. Unfortunately 2 of the mugs developed cracks and leaked on first use. The customer service was second to none, they replied to my email immediately and dispatched a further 2 mugs straight away. Items can be faulty, and it is how the company deals with any issues that is a measure of how good it is.
I love ordering from Rinkit and 5 stars 🌟 to them.

My parcel which was on a 24 Hr delivery got lost in transit by Evri, we gave them a week to sort the problem but they had to admit they had lost the parcel. Viktorija from customer services was very good and sorted the problem. fingers crossed a new order is on it's way.

We ordered glass placemats last week, very good value for money. They arrived on Saturday, sadly the box was damaged and one if the placemats was smashed. I emailed the company. Lauren answered very promptly and arranged a replacement straight away. This arrived today. I am very happy with the placemats and very happy with the excellent customer service. J am very happy to recommend, and would be happy to order from them again.

I rarely have cause to complain about the excellent frames that Rinkit supply.
One frame out of my order of 10 was unfortunately cracked.
I emailed Rinkit with a photo. They replied so quickly to say a replacement was on its way.
A super service from the only company that I can find a decent frame from.

Purchased a set of food storage containers through Tesco Marketplace, turns out they were from these guys. Order arrives and it’s not what I ordered. I sent an email with proof of the order confirmation showing the correct product that I ordered only to receive a response telling me the system says I ordered something different and that’s what they sent. Totally ignoring the evidence I sent clearly stating otherwise. Dreadful service. Had I known the product was coming from these guys I most definitely wouldn’t have purchased.

Brilliant quality glasses for the price , had issue with damage during delivery. Rectified swiftly and replacement sent out. Would highly recommend. Thanks You

Got in touch with pictures and within the hour they were replacing the item.

Wow 10out of 10 from me for regarding my order from Rinkit. It was delivered in less than 24hours free of charge. I ordered 4 slates for my kitchen worktops, all were individually wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard. I was a bit dubious regarding their prices, but no need to worry all is good . Very well packaged. I will definitely shop again .

My item arrived damaged from the courier company. It was very well wrapped and should have been well protected, so had obviously been thrown around the courier employees. It was sad as it was a beautiful item and a great price. Delivers quick, and I felt appreciated by the seller. I contacted the seller via email and had a reply within a couple of hours offering to replace my item free of charge. Rinkit is a great company and I would definitely buy from them again.

The service was excellent, Everi damaged one of the parts, but Rinkit offer a replacement or a refund, within minutes. The other part is excellent to.

I had to contact the range, where I had ordered from. Rinkit dealt with the issue of the order not turning up and had a replacement sent out next day. Perfect solution. Very happy
