Ordered a desk in early Dec, haven't heard back from them since. 2-day shipping? ha. It's been radio silence on their end, no answers to my multiple emails or phone calls. I'm probably going to dispute the charge with my credit card because unless they start responding, this is literally just a scam

update: Two weeks of back and forth with customer support (a month after i originally ordered) - all they could tell me is "they've asked management about the status of my order". finally someone reached out - apparently, they were out of stock when i ordered. they should've just told me that at the time.
anyway. the desk itself is good but my experience with them was bad

I ordered the Rise Ergo chair in Cognac as I fell in love with the colour. I like that there's an option to pick from 2 sizes based on height. Have been using it for a few weeks now and it's very comfortable, especially the seat which feels luxurious. Delivery was fairly prompt and assembly was no problem.

I wouldn't even give a 1 star. Awful customer serivce would never buy from this company again.

The service was quick and friendly. They ran out of the model I ordered and offered me an upgrade for no extra charge to make sure I got the chair in time for the holidays.

Last update received on my shipping for my chair was on Nov 29, its Dec 10 and it was delayed due to weather. 10 days later I should receive my package in 1-3 business days but it's still showing delayed due to weather and last update was on Nov 29. Not happy with the shipping process.

Responsive and helpful support when there was a hiccup with the delivery.

After being contacted by Risedesk's Michael Fan, I was given a proper apology and all of the issues where resolved promptly.

It took 3 months to receive the chair, every message I sent to customer service was always answered with the same response. I can understand the delay, and the restocked some items but the response was not at all reassuring I really wondered if I was ever going to receive my chair or if it was a scam.

I bought the standing desk frame and have been using it for about a week now.

The frame was easy to set up and the instructions were clear.

The frame itself is pretty good and I've had not problems with it. Theres's a little bit of wobbling when I type somewhat fast while standing but its not a big issue.

Items were packaged very well to prevent damage in transport, customer service was helpful, and I am very happy with the desk and all extras I got and the fall rebates.

Shipping took a looong time

Bought my chair in August and didn't receive it until October. Customer service was great about keeping me updating, but that's still a really long time to wait. Chair is super comfy and I'm really happy with it so far. Just wish the purchasing experience had been a bit smoother.

J'ai acheté seulement les pieds, et j'ai choisi Risedesk parce que mon conjoint est grand et que le mécanisme était supposé monter à 50 po. Mais il s'arrête en réalité à 43,3 po de haut et après vérification auprès du fournisseur chinois, le bureau monte moins haut qu'avant. J'ai obtenu un rabais, mais c'est quand même décevant. Sinon, facile à assembler, solide et de bonne qualité.
