Return and refund

If I could give a zero I would. I canceled my order and yet they sent me the products .I immediately contact them the day I received the products via email as the phone number they gave does not work. I emailed them 6 times and called multiple times and have no response from them. I finally have to contact my credit card company and file for dispute. I don’t trust the company when a fake phone number is given and also no response from when you want to return the product for refund. Just beware of this company and don’t trust their advertisement.

Happy Liver

I ordered Happy Liver but by the time I received it I had decided not to take it and to return under their policy. They asked for proof of the return and said I'd be refunded. I'm still waiting 2 wks later and they have not answered my emails. I checked the tracking and it said they refused delivery. WTH!! I have disputed the charge with my CC.

I ordered Happy Liver under the…

I ordered Happy Liver under the promotion “Buy One Get One Free”. After waiting weeks to receive the product, I received only one instead of two bottles. I regard this as faulty advertising. I haven’t used the product yet, but I’m very disappointed at what I believe to be a scam to get more orders from consumers. I have sent an email to Ritual Labs and hoping I will be made whole.

Taken advantage of – automatically signed up for subscription

Unfortunately, when I went to purchase the happy liver product, I was also signed up for a subscription which I was unaware of. I was able to cancel the subscription, but it was too late to cancel the second order and hence I was charged for it. I could not convince to give me a refund and instead was asked to follow their return policy, which would have still cost me money since the company is out of country. I feel taken advantage of since I was automatically signed up for the subscription so beware. If you order from this company, make sure you uncheck the subscription.

I ordered the product and after 2 weeks…

I ordered the product and after 2 weeks still have not received it. I emailed and got a first response that they were checking my order. It has been a week, and I still have not received another response after I provided the information they requested. I have asked for a refund, and no response.

SCAM - Do Not Purchase!

SCAM: DO NOT PURCHASE!
Am kicking myself for not reading reviews before ordering. Facebook, Insta, etc. have multiple posts with comments from a "doctor" but these comments from apparently different people are all exactly the same - turns out it's just shady marketing. As for the order, you cannot cancel. They have a Florida phone number: 1-321-490-9414 that doesn't even ring. Their address: 2333 Brickell Ave. d1 17, Miami is a condominium. Only way to contact them is email but they don't reply. If they ever do reply, I'm certain it will be with the standard Chinese scam formula saying, "your order is being prepared for shipping" and it'll be too late to cancel. Other folks have posted photos of the bottles and they're covered in typos & misspellings, do not have 3rd party verification of quality, and are likely just cornstarch since there is not way to tell what's actually in it. I've called my credit card company already and am disputing the charges.

EDIT: Their reply below is BS. I've emailed 5 times and have not received a reply from them. Their phone number doesn't connect at all - won't even ring.
On the refund policy page, the contact info at the bottom lists another company ("GV Digital trading as Ritual Labs"). This company also does not exist - I looked them up, tried calling their number and guess who picked up? Joe the Plumber! Unbelievable. 100% TOTAL SCAM.

Warning

Warning: No not buy from this company. Just today I sent an email requesting a cancellation and asking for a refund. And instead, they charged my card again for another $119.99. Never got another shipment to warrant this charge and don't want any more. No contact info other than an email address.

As others have said- impossible to cancel!!!

As others have said, canceling an order is a nightmare, nothing on website, even at checkout, that says anything about it being a subscription. I've emailed repeatedly, getting a response of them needing to "review" my request to cancel order. There is nothing to review- just cancel it already! Since they don't want to respond further, I've opened a fraud case with my banking institution. If you want a decent liver support supplement I suggest going to a independently owned health food store. I have a good one local to me and that is where I should have gone in the first place. Save your sanity and your money and skip this crap. It also appears that the positive reviews are manufactured- short, one sentence, no real information. I've seen plenty of fake reviews to know the difference. I should have come here first before impulse buying.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I would leave NO stars if I could- I stupidly ordered what I thought was a bottle to try, during the buy 1 get 1 free sale with the 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. They must have very sneeky fine print somewhere that states you now have a subscription which is impossible to cancel.
As soon as I realised that they took money from my account a month later again, I sent them numerous emails, of which they DID NOT bother to reply to regarding the cancellation of my orders and subscriptions. I have cancelled payment through Paypal as Ritual Labs have continued to ignore me.

Much to my horror, they emailed me saying that they are getting the 2nd order ready to ship, I tried on numerous times to cancel just to be ignored.

After now reading this exact same problem that everyone else is having with this company im dissapointed that I did not look up reviews first.

They also seem to have the same crap reply to all of the genuine concerns regarding orders and scam subscriptions. They state that they are sorry. BS!!!

I recived my package today

I recived my package today, when I opened it I immediately tried to find the lot and batch number because I was thinking I was sent fake supplements. Their is none is that normal? I sent coustomer service a email they replied back fast. At first they said they couldnt find my order with the order number provided and ask for pictures and the link. I sent them everything then they email back and said it is their product and my order number was correct it makes no sense to me why couldnt he find it the first time? I did some research what I found said it is fake if their is not lot and batch number.

If I could give this company ZERO…

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would! First off the product took over 1 month to reach me. 1 MONTH! At day 21, I got an email saying if I did not get the product within 7 days to let them know and I could request a refund or get another order shipped, “no questions asked”. After 7 days, NO PRODUCT so I requested a refund. Back and forth emails, every time with a different person, they never gave me my refund, said I could return it once I received it but would have to pay for shipping and basically gave me the run around every single time. PLEASE read reviews and do your research before ordering! Learn from my mistakes and save yourself the headache. This has been an absolute nightmare to deal with this company of a joke. Do better Ritual Labs Happy Liver!

UPDATE: 6/3/26: I stand by my review. The amount of negative reviews in the past week should tell future customers everything they need to know about this company. On their Facebook page, they delete negative reviews. Numerous people have commented that they are getting charged after thinking they purchased a one-time purchase. I make a lot of online purchases and have NEVER dealt with a company like this. BUYER BEWARE, you have been warned!

This company is a sham

This company is a sham.
This company claims that it’s “European” grade, and that it’s either manufactured in Europe or the US, but it is clearly from someplace in Asia. When my package arrived (after about a month, even though it claimed it was would be 5-10 business days) it was very clear that a shipping label had been torn off that showed it was from some place in Asia and a new label was placed over it to make it look like it was coming from someplace in Texas.
When I reviewed the bottles, they are riddled with misspellings. Instead of “centuries” it said “certures”. Instead of “thistle” it spelled “tiraice”. Instead of “formula” it was “formusia”.
Furthermore, the bottle had NO manufacturing or identifying information on it like other labeling does. There was no: manufacturing lot number, company address, phone number, email, bar code, or expiration date info.
When I reached out to customer service I received a message back (after 2 days, not after “3 hours” like the website claims) from someone named “Covenant David”. Which, not to name shame, but this is clearly a translation error. The email also appeared to have many incorrect translation errors. Quote from “Covenant David”: “Happy Liver is designed to support your liver health with a blend of natural ingredients, including Happy Divide and Apple Diva”.
Obviously, “happy divide” and “apple diva” are not herbs or any ingredients listed on the label.
PLEASE! Do not waste your time with this sketchy BS!

I didn't need 6 more bottles in 30 days. I had to create an account, log in, and delete my subscription to prevent automatic shipments and CHARGES. It really turned me off the product because I saw this as unethical which now has me doubting the product's claims.
