I would not recommend anyone else to deposit to this casino who wants fairplay.
Ritzslots sent me offers on my email which i accepted in good faith but it turned out to be just a way to collect deposits.
I won 3833$ which they did not pay out.
So i made a complaint against them on a third party platform.
They was asked for an explanation to why they did not pay out any winnings to which they refused to answer and the case against them resulted as unresolved.
There are plenty other online casino to choose from so my advice is to actually deposit to a casino that pay out as well if you win.

I have been playing at this site for about seven months now and I’ve never really had any issues until now. I have requested a payout of a $800 and normally my payouts go smoothly. I personally feel that because of the size of my withdrawal request they are delaying it and possibly not going to pay. I’m super disappointed in this turn of event. I went on their site and downloaded their app for the first time yesterday. Well they gave me 21 spins for free. I turned the 21 spins into $600. Now I went to go cash out and they said I had to get verified so I sent him all the pertinent documents they requested. They come back an hour later in an email and tell me that I had three other alias on the same IP address which was b******* I've never been to that casino. None of the other accounts belonged to me, nor was I on a shared device. Matches likely due to the fact that Apple devices re-use IP addresses. When I asked for an explanation, the representative refused to provide one, simply telling me I should read the terms and conditions so I'm not so confused.
