Fantastic service and professionalism. Their RICS Home Buyers survey report was turned around very quickly and the final report was excellently detailed. I would not look anywhere else in the future and would thoroughly recommend River Crest without hesitation.

I was extremely pleased with the service. Despite my short notice, they promptly scheduled my Level 3 survey and delivered a draft report on the same day. This rapid turnaround was invaluable, allowing me to quickly confirm the absence of critical issues and proceed with my property purchase.

I contracted River Crest Surveyors for a Level 3 survey on a property I am in the process of buying. Upon contacting them initially, I was put through Nitin who is the company's director and he was really helpful in explaining the description of this survey as well as clarifying any questions I had. Within a week, Aruna Daby who was the assigned surveyor conducted the survey on the property. After the completion of the survey, we spoke for an hour discussing the high level details of her findings. Within a week, a comprehensive report was issued. After reviewing the report, I requested for a clarification call to which she happily obliged and we went through further details where she clarified all my queries. Not only am I happy to support a small business, I highly appreciate that the team is proactive, professional and supportive in easing off the stress when purchasing a home.

Very happy with the service provided. Used the level three service and received a very detailed report on the property I am thinking of buying and it detailed all the defects. I then requested the optional cost of repairs estimate which was turned around in two days which really helpful. Their valuation of the property based on its condition will be a useful tool in negotiating a revised purchase price. Would recommend their services to family and friends. May need to use them again myself if seller isn’t reasonable.

The level of service provided by Rivercrest is not a level of service I had received before from a surveyor. Once the survey was complete, the surveyor called me to explain the main areas of concern he had seen. He also provided me key information on how the report will be layed out and how I should read it. Going into the survey itself, it's was extremely detailed and covered everything I could have asked for. The specialty on damp checking was extremely helpful as the area I'm buying in is known for damp issues. Once I had received the report, he then provided further care by being available for any other clarity or help I may have required. Even the random builder I called up whose details I got from google to get estimates of the costs for the work highlighted spoke very highly of Rivercrest based on previous customers he'd dealt with and reports he'd seen which is a testament to Rivercrest's quality of work and level of service. Will be recommending them to all my family and friends going forward!

I have used River Crest multiple times now and have been very happy with the service. The report is very thorough and Nitin is clearly very experienced. He has saved me alot of money by highlighting issues with a property that has allowed me to renegotiate the purchase price or pull out of the sale. I would not hesitate to use them again.

River Crest got in touch very quickly after making online enquiries and within a week our survey was booked with Nitin.
The communication was very good and the survey was thorough, starting with a face to face conversation with questions answered clearly and honestly.
After the survey was completed, further conversations with advice for any future investigations.
The survey was sent in a short time scale by email with the valuation and all the relevant searches in the area.
The property was quite a challenge and how 127 report pages were typed up so quickly was truly amazing.
Very satisfied with the whole procedure which was easy and relaxed but very professional and I would highly recommend.

RCS offered a competitive level 3 residential property survey quote and I am very happy with how promptly they responded to my initial (online) enquiry, right up to sending me the full, and very detailed report, all in, it was around 7 days (possibly due to the time of year but still very quick). The report itself was extremely detailed and highly informative, allowing me to consider some things I may not otherwise have been aware I needed to consider. If the need arose again, I would most definitely use RCS and have no hesitation in recommending their services.

A fantastic service from start to finish.

My surveyor, Nitin, called me immediately after the survey to discuss some key points and then a follow up call was arranged shortly after the report was emailed to me.

On the call, he spent over an hour talking me through each section of the very detailed report, answering any and all questions I had.

I am buying a house on my own and don’t know a lot about the maintenance of houses so the time he took to explain everything was very much appreciated.
