A very thorough survey was done and I received a phone call later that day to give me the bullet points. I was also offered a follow up phone call after receiving the full printed survey. The only minor downside was I was told I would get the printed survey within 72hrs but I didn't get it for a further 36hrs although it was still within the 7 days that they say they will get it to you.

Great service, great value for money! Would use again.

I was provided a follow-up call where I was able to discuss the points where I had questions. The call was unhurried and ample for me to fully understand the conclusions of the report and the implications. River Crest were great I paid the money and they just took care of everything else just how it should be. My level 2 survey was presented very clear and easy to read and in more detail than I expected.

We recently commissioned RCS for a L2 survey on the recommendation of our EA.
The survey took place very quickly, on a Saturday, and the report was received early the next week. It took a while to digest (96 pages!) and contained a wealth of information including contact details for gas/electric inspectors, which was very useful.
Nitin also did the survey on our property for our purchaser. For both surveys he was very professional with just the right amount of communication.
We would use RCS again, not that we intend moving house again for some time to come!

From initial enquiry through to follow up telephone discussion after delivery of the survey to me River Crest were always clear, helpful and easy to deal with.

Nitin Randev compiled an extremely thorough and detailed report and additionally included a few specific areas that I wanted to be covered. Nitin conducted the follow up discussion which I found very helpful and he explained things in a way that was easy to understand.

River Crest Surveyors have been absolutely brilliant! The communication right from the very first quote and booking to receiving the full survey was fantastic; they always responded quickly.
We weren’t expecting a feedback phone call on the day of the survey from Nitin Randev so that was a pleasant surprise, something we’ve never had before with other surveys, we thought this was brilliant and Nitin took the time to answer our questions and explain lots of things.
The written survey came promptly 5 days later and the photos were an added bonus, again something we’ve not seen before.

The process from start to finish was seamless and of excellent quality. River Crest liaised with the estate agents on our behalf to arrange a date to undertake the survey, their online portal kept me informed throughout the process from quotation, booking and payment to recieving the extremely detailed report. Prior to the survey I was given the opportunity to request any specific investigations and received a courtesy call throughout the inspection, with some very useful verbal feedback. Following the inspection we received our report in a timely manner and were impressed with how thorough it was. Following this we were then given time to digest the report before a call was arranged with the surveyor at a time and date suitable to us, so that we could discuss the report in further detail and clarify any questions we had. All around we received an exceptional service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
