Very happy with the bikinis, i don't normally do this but this bikinis are pretty good quality and the shipping time was quite fast

If you order it it's yours! The return costs back to FRANCE with the restocking fee of $8.50 for each item, makes this completely unaffordable. the bathing suits are cheap and small asian sizes but priced like their from an American manufacture. Horrible scam

After going back and forth with this Company for over a month for a refund for their defective product, I received the following e-mail from them today:

**Get your order for FREE.
I'm refunding. You just pay shipping.

How? 1. Complete checkout now
2. Send us 60s videos at ******************
3. We will refund your products**

So, in order to get a refund from this Company when you receive a defective product, you need to go back and forth with them for a month. AND, you need to leave them a positive video review online. Sounds like extortion to them ... I would neither recommend them to others nor use them again.

I usually don’t rate products this bad but please take my advice and don’t buy from them. The quality is awful and the shipment came missing an item. When I asked to refund their response was that I had to pay for international shipping plus handling and restocking fees which would turn out to more than the cost of the items. I haven’t experienced such a horrible business in a long time and hoped this review will save others so they don’t make the same mistake.

Scammers!!! The website products looks beautiful, but the real products looks way different. They enhance colors to look good on the website when the actual product looks nothing like it. Then when you try to return, they send lengthy emails about return policy always referring web links. They try not to refund but, give you a credit or an exchange. Why would you want a misrepresentated product exchanged nor credit to such a website?
After battling they offered a refund where they have a “re-stocking fee” of $8.50 per item which I accepted. But unfortunately they took more money besides the restocking fee and refunded a very few dollars back. Instead of $70 they refunded $49 meanwhile I paid $25 shipping the cheap quality swimwear.
Please don’t get fooled by this scamming website!

La peor experiencia on line, el control de calidad es inexistente, los bikinis que compré vienen con las costuras chuecas los tops de diferentes tamaños a pesar de haber leído cuidadosamente la guía de en el modelo Venetia viene mal la talla del top. Muy pequeña la espalda y las costuras chuecas, el modelo Caracas el top tiene las copas tan duras y redondas que pareciera que tengo un par de cocos en lugar de un top de bikini y el calzón tan mal hecha la forma que en la parte de arriba viene mas reducida, lo que provoca le famosa llantita o muffin top. El modelo sorrento tampoco corresponde a la guía de talllas ya que me queda enorme de la espalda, cintura y largo. Finalmente el modelo Venetia, que era mi favorito, al intentar ponermelo los tirantes que se deben sujetar de la espalda ambas jaretas venían descosidas o sea las dos piezas en donde debieran sujetarse lol tirantes al momento de meterlos se despegaron por completo del traje de baño.
Después de mandar el correo para pedir la devolución me dicen que me cambian todos los productos y que les mande fotos, para que quiero que me los cambien ? Si de 4 trajes de baño los 4 vienen con una terrible ausencia de calidad es mas que claro que la marca es una verdadera porqueria! Eso sin mencque mi pedido tardo un mes y medio en llegar.
A ver ahora cuanto me cuesta el envío a china, ya que vienen de allá. Y a ver cuanto Me regresan ya que también hay un cobro de manejo de productos cuando regresas la mercancía, no importandoles en lo absoluto que sus productos son una basura.
Y para terminar, tu puedes comprar en MEXICO pagar en pesos, la página de compra viene en español, pero en cuanto inicias la petición de devde los productos te dicen que no hablan español, que uses el traductor de google. Por si no estas familiarizada con el traductor te voy a decir algo, NO SIRVE . Así que si no hablas ingles, estás frito porque todo la forma que debes llenar para la devolución viene en inglés y todods los mails que te envían en respuesta a tu solicitud vienen en inglés y si contestas en español te dicen que no te entienden. Pero lo mejor de todo es que después de que pides el soporte para presentar queja o devolución, al día siguiente te mandan una encuesta para que evalues la ayuda brindada.
Tu que contestarias ? En fin para concluir mi calificación sería -5 estrellas desafortunadamente no existe tal calificación. Si tienes un poco de cariño por tu dinero y tu tiempo NO COMPRES EN RIVERA COCO, ES UNA PORQUERIA !

Horrible quality and horrible customer service! Received two damaged items and it has taken three months to try to get it returned. I’m stuck with $61 in damaged bathing suits, a $26 shipping bill and a head ache from dealing with them.

Bad quality. Very cheaply made. Nothing like pictures. Material they use is the cheapest material you can find. Even though the company says headquarter is in France and located two locations in the US, products directly came from china.
I never ever recommend anyone to buy stuff from them.
I was not happy at all when I got bathing suits from them.

inlives my bikini. Super cute and for perfect. I just ordered my second one and can’t wait to receive it.

I have not yet worn my swimsuits. The quality seems okay. My one warning is that they run small. Definitely encourage you to follow the sizing guidelines and err on the side of ordering on the larger side of your range. They have been good about communicating for the new size but exchanges and refunds are inconvenient and costly.

Don’t order from here! They will ship your order with missing items and won’t respond weeks to even months about it. Problem after problem with this company. Tried standard email support, google form support request, and Facebook message. No one helped. May be a scammer company. Avoid.

Just saw note that they are trying to say this is not a legitimate order. I am so passionate about what a fraud this company is that I am responding My order #COCO17580. Doubt they will follow up below, But it is indeed a real review from a real customer who ordered and got scammed. If you are a prospective customer who does not believe this review- BEWARE they are not honest at this company. If they were they would have worked this out with me. I never review companies but this was such a horrible situation I was forced to. This company should not be in business and if you look below they are saying the same reaction to every other person who has had the same problem as me. Seriously this company is THE WORST. Dear Riviera Coco--- rectify your order errors and stop making excuses!!!!

I am currently fighting them with my bank to reverse the purchase bc it got so bad with how they treat customers. STAY AWAY.

Awful. Poorly made pieces that prove impossible to return amidst the most confusing set of ‘ instructions ‘ and restrictions. STILL waiting on my $ to be returned but doubt I will ever see the money again despite attempting to get clear answer as to where my ‘ return ‘ is in process. Tried every mode of contact- Facebook, their site, etc - to no effect. Total circuitous scam. Purchased right around Easter. Think paid with PayPal if need verification

I ordered white one piece bikini. It is super sexy. The only problem was although I measured myself it was slightly big but it is not a problem.
I will fix it. Overall, seriously it is a good investment to look sexy:)
