I purchased a 6 stage RO water filter. I booked a plumber to fit it once it arrived. The earliest plumber I could get to fit it was a week from receiving it. The plumber turned up, then after assembling it he noticed there was no tap, which should have arrived with this system. I called them immediately and explained to them that there was no tap. They said, there should be a tap with it and its highly unusual for any parts to be missing, well I said there is and you have caused me a lot of inconvenience now as the plumber must leave without fitting this system but still wants paying. They said they would send the tap out the next day. The tap arrived and I called the plumber to finish the job, then the plumber noticed that there was an O ring missing, I was really annoyed and called them in front of the plumber, they made me feel like it was me at fault, making excuses, how embarrasing, what a joke. They sent the O ring out, so I had the plumber there on 3 occasions. Then 1 of the plastic pipes was missing so I called again, and the man said just cut one of the other pipes in half. I told them I wish I had not have bought anything from them. Now the tap which they sent out is dripping constantly so I have had to buy a new tap from these people. Had to pay the plumber an extra £90, £260 in total. No mention of any compensation, and not one apologie. Oh and there was a nut and a bolt missing also which the plumber had to go out and buy a bag of nuts and a bag of bolts. I would not recommend anyone to do any business with these people, absolutely terrible company. 0 out of 10 from me. Just look at what the other comments say.

I have made 2 separate orders on RoMan and both had problems. The first order was missing a number of items. They were sent out the next day but I didn't even get an offer of free delivery or anything to make up for the inconvenience.

The second order I waited weeks for, I sent multiple emails which no one answered until I eventually called and was told they had no idea why the order wasnt processed but it would be done straight away but it wasnt. I waited over another week and had to call again! To be told the same thing, no idea why it hadnt been processed but it will be done that day.

This time it did get sent out but in total it was close to 4 week wait plus 2 phonecalls to chase up the order. I had an apology but no offer of compensation for the inconvenience and poor service.

Very unimpressed, consistently let down. Can not recommend.

Terrible after sale service, problem unit returned within warranty period, no refund or replacement stopped answering phone and emails.
