Purchased a digital gauge set 570s, wireless temperature probe reads 5F high right out of the box. Temperature probes only read down to -40F so if you're working cascade or CO2 systems, no value. Hoses are absolute junk, they won't tighten up and with the least bit of movement come loose and leak. Hoses themselves are not rated for vacuum service and won't pass the vacuum leak test within the manifold itself. Called and texted the local service reprep with no response and even spoke to Testo service center folks, they all agree regarding the hoses but can't refund any money nor provide any other hose replacements. Manifold screen display in mono-chrome vs color.... Bottom line, do NOT buy Testo!!

I purchased a data logger about 7 years ago. The equipment is fine and has worked well.
I recently purchased a new computer and needed to reload the software for the data logger. This software is not available to the public. I have no clue why. Similar to a printer driver, if you don't own the hardware, the software is useless.
I contacted Testo and requested new software. They told me that they would need the model and serial number of the data logger, before they could give me the software.
I did so, and then I was told that they would need management approval to send me the software. They ghosted me after that. I have a useless piece of hardware. I had to purchase one from another company.
Bottom line: they have no ethics. Don't buy from them.

An absolute disgrace, sent 320 to check and calculate any costs.

Well, first a quote what the costs are.

Six weeks later and three emails later, second phone call.
It becomes way too expensive, do you want to buy a new one.

I had asked for a quote last time, yes that's right, but when we make a quote, the parts are ordered immediately, and then you have to pay.

I can't compete with this intelligence.
Requested to return the meter.

The sad result 6 weeks further incurred costs, annoyed and really achieved nothing at all.

Una azienda software che ha una home in cui non si capisce niente
Una assistenza clienti pessima aggressivi e superficiali.
Avevo chiesto come scaricare il programma x utilizzare in data logger ; mi hanno prima risposto in mail dicendomi di scaricare un modulino ( cito testualmente) poi dopo insistenza visto che il modulino non era in home. Una addetta in modo razzista mi ha risposto che dovevo scaricarlo come indicato ! Ma come ?
Tutto verificabile. Ho le pec inviate. G.
