RoadEx Opiniões

There are better fuel savings cards our There that can be used everywhere. But if you're like me and don't have great credit then this card saves you a little money. And this card is accepted most places.

I'm very happy for your service and support that you do for OT Trucking and thanks.

Financial Group Transport, Grand Prairie Texas
We was able to get fuel discounts. In trucking fuel discounts are very important.
Tyler Thompson set Financial Group Transport fuel discounts. Ask for Tyler Thompson

The fact that the fuel discount would not be received for 30 days wasn’t discussed prior to the card being issued, doesn’t sit to well

the customer service is good , but I was disappointed when we had increased are fuel purchase and when spoke to someone they said we can't give you better discount then we already have, unless you factor with us or purchase ins. threw us. Which this shows that it don't matter how much are fuel purchases increase to you it doesn't matter , when another company offers us a better discount we will look into going to someone else . There is always room to work with if you like to keep your customers.

I'm with RoadEx and the services are very good

Thanks for what you provide for the trucking industry..

Great company to work with for owner operators always friendly and helpful when needed

RoadEx has been good, we will continue to use them.

Everytime I call roadex team they help right away

Great program! It would be better if it reported to my business credit account.

Good company to work with

Only the big chains accept the card, when you get out west or far up northeastern side of the country there are Conoco, Casey’s, and Sunoco’s and that is it. Good planning can most of the time keep you from having to buy fuel at these locations but not always the case. It’s frustrating when these smaller chains can’t accept this card. I have also had an issue where my card was cut off for no reason, I called to see what the deal was and the guy told me to call back the next day during business hours because he couldn’t get his supervisor on the phone and couldn’t figure out why it was cut off. I was in the middle of Wyoming with no time to wait because of my delivery. After about an hour they finally got it straightened out and said it was a computer issue and there was no issue with my card. He said in 10 mins it would be working again and it was.

I am very happy with RoadEx!! This is the first fuel company that I have used that actually gives a discount diesel sales for fuel purchased. My only regret is not using RoadEx a heck of a lot sooner, thank you very much..
