RoadEx Opiniões

This is the easiest way to operate my company without having to search for loads and wake and get on my computer and start looking I have free time for the gym and breakfast. My drivers are happy with the miles and constantly getting good loads in the lanes that we operate in. Thanks Mike D 😊

Great business relationship, their very friendly and helpful every time i call

what ever i needed was provided in a timely matter thanks.

This fuel card is good to help me so much. Thank.

We have been using RoadEx for about a year. Great service. All of the staff members that I have to deal with are VERY helpful and professional. No problems! (Knock on wood)

Great company, never had any issues or problems

Amazing company. Highly recommend!! All my trucks have this card

I've been asking for an issue to be fixed that involves me not being able to log in no matter that I am one hundred percent using the correct username and password.

If my driver is at the pump and needs assistance and I need to log into Roadex, upon logging in, it will tell me that my username/password is incorrect (and it will indeed be correct) and if I keep attempting to log in, it will tell me I've made too many attempts and will lock me out for 30 minutes.

At the end of 30 mins, I'll attempt to log back in with the exact same username and password I used previously and NOW it works.

By that time, it's too late for my driver or we have wasted time waiting at the pump for 30 minutes for this issue to automatically correct itself.

This has caused me to have to go to JB Hunt and get a fuel card where I do not have this issue at all.

Like your fuel card but don't like getting credit for the gallons once a month

ROADEX saves me money on fuel, I recommend anyone who drives a semi truck to go with ROADEX!
You got nothing to lose but not paying full price for fuel!
Highly recommend.

Excellent, quick, transparency,
Support.

The best company I ever use I really like they’re support

Excellent company to have alongside you for all your fuel card expenses. The only negative I have is the lack of discounts they have available. I would love to see more expanse on that. Otherwise, the whole team is very respectable and always eager to serve their customers.

Roadex provides a valuable service consistently and reliably.

Fuel wise 5 stars. The discounts I wish we could get weekly instead of once a month.

This is the best factory company to work with I am with them for more than two years and they have been very professional and correct. I have never had any problems, I strongly recommend to everybody.

In my limited experience with Roadex I have found that Roadex has been responsive to my questions and quickly answers. Roadex is efficient and have been as advertised.
