Lovely friendly staff at reception. Andrea, the wig consultant was well informed, helpful and understanding. She was pleasant and kind without overdoing things and made the whole experience quite light hearted and enjoyable, despite my cancer diagnosis . She was really welcoming to my husband and daughter too. It was a no pressure consultation , with a no obligation opportunity to order in different styles. I felt like it was totally my decision and I was given plenty time to think about my choices and to come back for other appointments. A great service that would be hard to beat.

I have been attending Roches for approx 11 years now and have received exceptional care in every interaction. Starting with cheerful, pleasant reception staff and then amazing kindness, genuine care and expert knowledge from Samantha and most recently Catriona. This could be a daunting visit for some ladies but the girls handle everything with such empathy, that it is a pleasure to shop. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Friendly,helpful ,cheerful staff ! I'm Terrie Murray; had my annual visit to Roches yesterday 10/09/2026.I usually see Sam but as she was on holidays Katrina looked after me instead . She was really nice and I felt very relaxed in her company.She took great care to make sure everything fitted just right and she picked lovely colours for me. I always feel good after my visits and I would highly recommend Roches for anyone having surgery or chemotherapy !
