The owners of Rock-Ola were very quick to respond to my inquiry about repairing my old jukebox. Although they are located very far away from me, they took it upon themselves to email me a list of contacts that are closer to me who may be able to assist. If I’m ever in the market for a new jukebox I will contact them for sure!! Their kindness makes them stand out!!

I am extremely happy with my new Rock-Ola CD Bubbler! If you are thinking about buying one, it’s important to know that these jukeboxes aren't mass-produced on an assembly line. Each one is built individually as a truly unique, one-of-a-kind piece. Because of that detailed, handcrafted process, the build did take a bit longer than originally expected. However, the moment it arrived, any impatience completely disappeared. The quality and craftsmanship are absolutely stellar, making it worth every extra day. What really sets the experience apart is Rock-Ola's CEO, Alexander. He is incredibly hands-on and works constantly with customers—myself included—to make sure everything goes right. It is rare to see a CEO so personally invested in customer satisfaction today. Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with the final product, grateful for Alexander’s personal attention. Rock-Ola and its build process is both rare and unique in today's world. If you want something generic, look elsewhere. If you want an incredible, one of a kind jukebox, a Rock-Ola bubbler is it!

I picked Rock-Ola first because they are US-built Jukeboxes, and the craftsmanship is A plus!! My JB works great and I'm very happy with Alexander - he's always willing to help! Thx again, Rock-Ola.

I bought my Jukebox new from Rock-Ola, and after a few months, I finally got it. What a beauty. I had compared it to other jukeboxes, and this Rock-Ola really looks nice. I had a couple of issues, but Alexander and his crew got them fixed, and it still looks and sounds great. I would buy another again, if I needed another jukebox.

Just want to say how great of an experience it is to work with Rock-Ola. The CEO Alexander and Mark in product services have both gone above and beyond in taking care of any minor issues that arise. I could not be happier with the quality of the jukebox itself and the commitment to service is incredible. You will not find a better system to keep your music available for entertaining, I would highly suggest anyone interested in a jukebox to check out Rock-Ola. - Pat

I am writing as of July 2026 and I will tell you Alexander (who owns the company)asked me to give an Updated review. While I stand by my review(below) I will say he has reached out and had the jukebox repaired. As of this date it is working. I feel this was only done because of the scathing review I gave his company earlier (please read below). The repairman Alexander sent did a great job and fixed the beautiful jukebox so that now my husband is finally able to enjoy his music. All that said, I would still be wary of the way this company does business. I believe Alexander is trying to keep his head above water and is trying to build his reputation but the way they handled my purchase was ridiculously inefficient. I hope they will work on customer service in their purchasing department. Tell the customer exactly what is going on, don’t promise a delivery date you know cannot be fulfilled. This is an expensive luxury item and should be delivered on time, not promised again and again with the customer having to call again and again only to be lied to about a delivery date. However, they did repair the jukebox and all is well at this time…..The following is my original review…This was an absolute nightmare of a purchasing experience and it is still happening! I ordered a jukebox for my husbands birthday in September 2025. You must pay up front, which I wasn’t happy about but had no other choice. I did pay by Visa and that was what saved me. I was promised I would have the piece by mid October, that was the first lie. And the lies kept coming! I was promised every two weeks from that point until April of 2026 that the jukebox was coming. I won’t go into all the details but in April I called Visa and they refunded my money. Do not buy from this company! They will take your money and you may never see your jukebox! That said, we were idiots and believed them when they called and said they were putting the jukebox on a truck, would we like to repurchase the piece? My husband really wanted it so we said yes. The jukebox finally appeared in May and after one month it doesn’t work! IT DOESNT EVEN PLAY MUSIC! It lights up, the bubbler works but it doesn’t play music! This is a $10,000 piece and it doesn’t work! Save yourself some grief and don’t buy from this company!

IN THE BEGINNING
A little over a year ago, I ordered the Rock-Ola Bubbler Digital Music Center (Crystal Edition) and also the Classic Rock-Ola RSB 3200 Speaker (Limited Edition). At that time, Rock-Ola was experiencing “growing pains” with a comeback new owner, The Games Room Company, as well as coming out of the “COVID ERA” and some of the online feedback boards were less than “embracing!” Totally smitten with the product, I was undaunted and placed my order.

PROMISES MADE, PROMISES KEPT
As the months slipped by, while I was waiting for delivery, the “online chatter” had some ominous words for Rock-Ola and even WORSE! I was thinking to myself, OMG, if they go “under” then what? After penning a few emails to Rock-Ola where I shared my delivery concerns, the phone rang and the caller ID listed The Games Room Company! An affable Brit, Alexander, (the new owner of Rockola and long-established owner of the Games Room, UK Company) called and said “you will receive your jukebox by X-mas – promise!” And, SANTA-OLA did not disappoint, right on time, as promised!!!

FAST FORWARD
After the initial setup, there occurred a “bump in the road” or more like a “noise in the night”. The jukebox, as custom ordered, had some extra amplification “bells and whistles”. On shutdown, there occurred a “loud static discharge type of noise” which for the uninitiated, was quite daunting. Since it affected a limited number of machines, articulating the problem to Rock-ola Engineering was slow and taxing (to say the least with) with the “fix” equally slow and taxing. When the mod arrived it alleviated, but did not totally resolve the problem. Concerns were once again voiced and temperaments taxed to the max by all.

PROMISES MADE, PROMISES KEPT – AGAIN!
Another caller ID from the Games Room and Alexander was “on it” again. This time, he happened to be nearby (NY) in his travels and wanted to stop off (NJ) and “fix the problem!
AND HE DID VISIT, AND HE DID FIX THE PROBLEM to the point that on shutdown, all you hear is SILENCE!!

BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!
In some chat conversations online, especially during my “RockOla moments worrying on delivery, and especially waiting on getting the aforementioned “unique fix” for my jukebox, the NAY SAYERS all proved alive and well! Lambasting all parties and things RockOla! For the record, try “Doing the Math” and reading the respected Trust Pilot Reviews? I do this to bring some Fairness and Clarity to the Online Reviews for this unique product.

Alexander is a great guy, who BACKS UP HIS PRODUCT, treated me with FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, and DELIVERED WHAT HE (ROCK-OLA) PROMISED, an heirloom, one of a kind juke box!

I WOULDN'T HESITATE FOR A MOMENT TO PURCHASE FROM ROCK-OLA AGAIN!!!

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They are there to take your credit card and money for an order. Then, 6 months or longer to get to order some people, I talk to haven't even got their jukebox in 3 years. I bought the digital music center and it will not even download the album covers. You cannot get any help. No matter who you call, no one answers, no matter who you email. No one answers, this company is terrible. Do not buy anything from them.

I’m pleased to write this positive review regarding Alexander and his team at Rock-Ola. I placed my order in February for Rock-ola’s music center jukebox box directly with Alexander via a personal phone call. I requested certain customized features. Alexander responded by email the following day with a detailed invoice and pricing. After some number of days Alexander notified me there would be some delay in completing to build my order, as he wanted to include an updated amplifier & improved Bluetooth system in the delivery. When the unit was ready to ship, after 30 some days, Alexander sent me pictures my finished unit, inside & out. Additionally he sent a video of it operating. Delivery was handled by Priority One from California to Iowa along with tracking information. Upon arrival, in later March, the shipment arrived in great condition with “Tipping” & “Shock” sensors attached.
Subsequently I’ve ordered from Alexander a matching remote speaker which has also successfully arrived in good condition. These units are not cheap to build and require a significant investment. I’ve invested nearly $20,000 with Alexander and I’m pleased with his commitment to customer satisfaction. He offers a very unique, custom built entertainment system, carrying forward decades of craftsmanship & tradition. Even though our housing construction project is not quite finished and we have not yet unboxed our system, we are pleased to recommend Alexander and his small but professional Rock-ola team based on our progressing experience with them.

The final product was definitely worth the wait. We couldn't be happier.It looks and sounds Amazing. Also wanted to give a shout out to Alexander for communicating with me at the end and sticking true to his word.

The personal attention I received from the CEO Alexander was incredible. I had open heart surgery on January 1st 2026 so Alexander delivered my juke box and RSB 3200 speaker plus he set them both up because of my weight restriction. It was a great buying experience from a man with a passion to keep the juke box hobby alive. The fit and finish of both pieces are top notch. Super audio sound.

Ordered 5 months ago. They took my 10k in quick second, but when you try to contact them regarding the jukebox, they don't answer their phones, answer email, or call back. Like a ghost company and zero communication. Now I will need to contact my bank to get the money returned as I cannot believe how POOR customer service actually is. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PART WITH A HEAFTY CHUNK OF MONEY AND NOT GET YOUR PRODUCT. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE.

Three years ago, I made a wonderful decision. Instead of buying jewelry—as my husband offered, I suggested a jukebox—an authentic one that would transport me back to the good ol’ days and awaken memories! Besides, what was I going to with hundreds of 45-rpm vinyl records that I had collected during my childhood? I started my search for a real, authentic quality “bubbler,” but only came up with the names of a few shops selling used junk in other states. The more I searched, the more I had a desire to visit the factory where quality craftsman jukeboxes were made—hoping that was within the United States. Then, I discovered the world headquarters for Rock-Ola was four miles away from my home in Torrance!

I quickly called the factory and made an appointment to view dozens of Rock-Ola jukeboxes being manufactured. They are hand built with real wood veneers and die-cast metal. I fell in love with dozens of them, but decided on the “original look,” the jukebox in my memory. The all-black ones would look great with a matching ebony grand piano. The all-white jukebox looked clean and modern, but I wasn’t looking for something contemporary. However, they were all beautiful and unique.

The factory personnel were extremely welcoming to me. They explained the bubbler tubes and demonstrated how the carousel selects the records. One of the factory-floor workers selected a Ricky Nelson 45 rpm, and I was instantly transported back to 1959. I hadn’t heard that deep vinyl base in decades—I was mesmerized.

The first decision I had to make was deciding between a jukebox that played 45’s or a jukebox that played CD’s since both were available from Rock-Ola. These jukeboxes are all custom assembled. Looking back, I made the correct decision in selecting the 45-rpm record version because, to my surprise, Bluetooth was installed within the jukebox. Now, I have downloaded hundreds of songs from my CD’s on to my iPhone and play these selections through the fabulous amplifiers and 5-speaker system for a “live performance” audio delight.

This stunning luxury jukebox now serves as a focal point—a centerpiece for my living room. Knowing that Rock-Ola is the last authentic American-made jukebox feels like owning a piece of history.

Since purchasing, I have held six afternoon jukebox parties where I explain the history of the jukebox over a century ago and guests dress in 1950’s style poodle skirts, dungarees, charm bracelets, cat-eye glasses, with sock-hop bobby socks. If you are looking for a genuine, heirloom-quality jukebox, there is simply no substitute for a Rock-Ola jukebox. It has been a delight working with the owner, Alexander Walder-Smith, and his staff.

I rate this company five-stars (out of 5). Maybe a few years ago, I might have subtracted a little for the late response in returning my phone calls, but that has greatly improved in the recent past.

The CEO personally took my order over and communicated with me the progress throughout and delviered with 715 albums of extra content across all genres inside a beautiful new RockOla Juke Box! It took longer than was originally promised, which is why I didn't give a five star, but he followed thru with every promise made.

It is a masterpiece of quality craftmanship!
It is truly exquisite! The quality of the outside cabinet and mechanism inside are very impressive.
The type of craftsmanship that Rock-Ola puts into building you their jukeboxes shows old world pride and care, which will gives owners lasting value! I have not felt or seen this type of pride for craftsmanship in any product manufactured for a very long time.

Ordering a Rock-Ola jukebox isn't for the faint of heart. They are made to order, and the buyer needs to know going into purchasing one, that it does take time to have it built and received.
In this day and age of immediate gratification, that making an impressive to order quality crafted product, one has to be patient and willing to wait! Again, the craftsmanship is "old world" quality and care in building a product with pride. Their owner said to me, that each one has to be perfect!
And they certainly are!

I am proud to have one in my home for all those who want to be transported back into time where memories where simple and joyful! And I look forward to countless hours of memories and listening pleasure!

The CEO of the company communicated at least every other week as to the progress of my juke box. In the listing it states that it could take 6 to 9 months to build my juke box. It did take a little longer, but I understand when waiting for the components from other companies, that it can take longer. In summary, the communication was great. The Juke Box is GREAT! The wait time for a product of this quality and workmanship is WELL worth it! I would definately order this Juke Box again. As I mentioned earlier, Alexander kept in touch with me during the build, and helped me understand with confidence the wait time was necessary. Best Juke Box on the Planet!!

I ordered a custom jukebox on February 28, 2024, expecting a premium, made‑to‑order experience.
On December 11, 2024, I visited the manufacturer’s facility in person and was shown a jukebox in production that staff said was assigned to my order. On February 19, 2025, I was emailed a photo of a jukebox labeled with my name, which further indicated the order was underway. Despite this, no firm delivery date was ever provided, and communication has been sporadic. In September 2025, after about 18 months of delays, I posted a public review describing my experience. Shortly afterward, the owner personally called me, apologized, and made assurances of weekly updates and a timely delivery. Based on those assurances, I voluntarily removed the review in good faith. Unfortunately, those assurances were not followed through. The updates did not occur, the delivery did not happen, and communication again tapered off. Now, two years after placing the order, the situation remains unresolved, with no clear delivery date. This post serves as a public appeal to Rock-Ola Jukebox to be made whole—either through delivery of the promised jukebox or a full refund of all amounts paid. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision, particularly when timelines and communication matter.

I had been wanting a jukebox for awhile. Like anything the dread of getting started with the ordering process- but this company made the process so easy! I admit I have OCD and ADD but Alexander and Cheron were so friendly and professional each time I called. They never seemed bothered with all of my questions. The delivery was easy and after receiving set up was easy but I had one question. It was a Sunday but when I called Alexander, to my surprise he answered on a Sunday morning. He talked me through and we are loving our jukebox. It’s beautiful.
