I loved what i bought and you shipped it very quickly

Love the shirts excellent quality and fit. Definitely worth the wait.

Gave me the wrong item, when I asked for a refund I had to fight to get my money back when they kept insisting they'd give me a "store credit" instead. After multiple emails of back and forward, they finally did but it shouldn't have taken me that much hassle for an incorrect item.

I got the shirts in around 3 weeks and i was surprised by the quality. They are real and if they aren't they are high quality prints and they look amazing, and the fabric is nice and soft as what you'd expect.

I will buy from again in the future. Thanks.

Never heard from them at ten days after
My order. Don’t reply to emails or phone calls. So disappointed.. I ordered for Father’s Day 2 weeks before and still no idea where my order is. Don’t waste your time or money here. They claim they have been emailing, yet I have checked junk, spam and inbox folders and nothing. I sent four emails and made two phone calls. Oh, and I was charged twice on the same order in different amounts!!!there is no problem with my email. I received a confirmation saying my order was received and I would be alerted when it was shipped. You have my email from the many emails I sent inquiring about the charges and the shipping.

Quality, timeliness and customer service are all top notch! I will absolutely be ordering from Rock Merch again!

The order was placed on June 1, label was created on June 6, but package was actually shipped on June 13. I would say this is terrible experience. Unfortunately, this site do have tendency to have around 2 weeks handling time. The funny comment is that I still didn't get any answer on my yesterday email question about actual shipping date while it took only 1 hour to get reply here. So they can if they want. Still have some hope about next orders then.

I love my shirt. I’ve never seen another design like it. I had a question about my order and promptly received an email with the information I needed.

I ordered and wasn’t sure of size to order even though I reviewed the size chart. I loved the shirts when I received them, but they had to go back-simply a tad too tight. Rockmerch made the return very simple and it was completed very quickly. I’m very please with my new shirt in the larger size. Thank you! I’ll be back in the future for more stuff😊.

The quality of the tees were great along with the prices. Although there were some issues with 2 of the tees purchased, the customer service team quickly handled it. Overall, very pleased.
