Brilliant team!
The whole Napier team are so helpful. Dave especially was great with the kids, helping inspire a love of music, while also making it accessible. So cool that they could explore and learn.
Really appreciated that they understood what we were after and sold us a piano that would meet our needs now and into the future.

Great customer service
I went in there with a guitar with a bridge that was too high and not only did they fix it for free but they also discounted the strings used for the fix. Also amazing customer service
