I tried several times to get in touch with this company via email and have not had any success. Roco advertised a t-shirt I liked as a screen printed design and once it arrived I was extremely disappointed to find it was a thick vinyl that dries out and cracks over time.

Ordered a dress for my daughter's year 6 prom on a Friday evening and it had arrived by Monday. The dress came in it's own dress bag and was packaged well. The fit is perfect and she looks stunning. Fabulous shop, great prices and amazing quality. Highly recommended!

After two months patiently waiting and liaising with customer services I can now confirm that this company does not return the money for returned items. I should have believed the reviews and not shopped at Roco. They deflected by saying it was an issue with the bank which the bank confirmed this was inaccurate information.
It is true what they say about this company ; they don’t refund you despite it being against the law not to, they just send standard emails fobbing you off.

Was really pleasantly surprised with the quality of the suit I purchased.Delivery was free and arrived the very next day.The sizing was pretty much spot on.Very good value for money.Overall very happy customer 😀

Received my sons suit today. The shirt had stains on the collar. Had clearly been worn previously. The stitching was coming apart. AVOID

Very poor customer service! Tried to return 30 days after some shoes but couldn’t as they only got 30 days return policy! Immaculate and got tags everything and the sizes are way off scale !
I stucked with them now and suggesting to re sell them which they should be doing ! Very angry and disappointed!

Do not order or trust this site.
Every garment received had issues from wrong sizes, seems coming apart, and products that just do not match the photos on their site because genuine linen is replaced by cheap replicas in your order.

The clothes arrived quickly and were really easy to return. Good quality clothes, well worth the price.

I am always a bit nervous about ordering from somewhere new but we received our order quicker than delivery time stated and just wanted to say how happy I am with the dress.
We ordered the frosted pink flower girl dress- Annabel.
The dress is such good quality, fits perfectly, true to sizing, looks lovely on and such a great price.
So glad we ordered and will definitely recommend to friends.

Fake, scam, don't trust them

Great service and would highly recommend. I needed some advice with sizing, as my children were in between sizes on the sizing chart. I got a very quick response via email and was given clear advice. The suits arrived within 3 days and were really good quality and fit really well. Would definitely use again.

I recently ordered 3 suits for my son and the paige boys at my wedding. I could not believe the quality of them when they arrived.
We had to send one back as it was two small for my nephew so I contacted Roco clothing via fb I had a quick response from a lady named Charlotte who went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend this company not juat for the quality but for there excellent customer service. 👍 from me

I was a bit wary after reading the reviews but decided to go with it and hope for the best and so glad I did. I ordered the stone suit with the shirt and other accessories on 29/02/24, it arrived on 02/03/24 but I could not collect it until 04/03/24. Everything went to plan. One really good quality, well packed, beautiful looking suit delivered. Very happy son and an extremely happy mother.

good nice suit

I placed an order on the 29/01/24 on behalf of my friend who was looking for a suit for his son to attend a dinner. My friend was desperate in finding a suit.I recommended Roco clothing based on customer reviews. While I purchased two pairs of dinner suits, I chose next day delivery by 12 midday with extra charges simply because my friend was travelling today 30/01/24 and had to be at the airport latest 17:00. We waited for the delivery from morning till 15:10 without anyone showing up to deliver the goods. My friend travelled without the suits and both of us were very very disappointed. This is my first experience with Roco clothing and it’s disappointing. They took my money for a service they can’t provide. The little boy will not attend the dinner as my friend cannot travel with the suits. I have never felt this disappointed by an online retailer. I am very angry at Roco Clothing
