If I could give them a 0, I would. Customer service is terrible and after 5 years as a customer, they would not honour a promo that was in my subscription order because the promo ended before my order shipped.
When I asked if they were willing to lose me as a customer, it was "we are sorry to see you leave"...that's it. Not to mention, I was disconnected from the customer support rep Archie and they did not call me back. Needless to say, I'm done.
There are other products out there. Onward and upward.
