SCAM and fraudulent
SCAM and fraudulent! They advertise a $39 fee which they refunded and make it look like your account is cancelled. Then not even a month later was charged $135 for nothing but medical support by providers, one on one coaching and I was not contacted, emailed or even told if I was approved the first time I was charged. They absolutely will not refund you and were even sent a warning letter by the FDA in July of this year. The GLP is additional charges of $199 if approved. Customer service is terrible and they continued to repeat my name over and over incorrectly and kept saying they understood my frustration. Do your research and go with a reputable company that has positive reviews. Lesson learned to do this myself. So angry and frustrated!!!

The monthly weight-loss membership provides access to a provider, Care Team support, weight-loss medication options, a nutrition plan, and a workout plan. Our team can also work directly with your insurance to help seek coverage for your preferred medication. If insurance does not cover the prescription, a non-GLP medication may be available at no additional cost with the membership, or a GLP-1 medication may be prescribed for an additional cost.
