I love the pads, correct size that match what I ordered. Nice quality. I clicked on orange when I ordered, they arrived blue. I was told I ordered blue. I could not find a way to verify color before I placed order. The number code for color did not match either. Maybe call in order to be sure you get the right color that you want.

When I placed the order online, there was no place to add a different shipping address separate from the billing address. Therefore, I had to write a separate email to ask to please send these two items to a different address than the billing address and my email was acknowledged. However, when the two items shipped, they were shipped to the billing address anyway!! Now I have to find someone in Florida to send it to me here in Colorado. The only remedy the company offered was to reimburse me for the second shipping costs which does not cover the delay and frustration! In addition, after placing my order, I received an email stating that one of the fabrics that I selected was discontinued and to pick another fabric. This was very frustrating as I spent a significant amount of time selecting just the right fabric. This should not have happened if the website was updated appropriately. I will not be recommending anyone to this company.
In my first order I ordered 4 cushions. You sent me three and a box of Angel Wipes.
In the second order you sent me the right-sized cushion but with the wrong color and fabric cushion cover.
Custom sizes and colors are so easy to select and purchase! We have ordered two!
Hard to rate when still waiting for the samples to be delivered
Package came over 5 days late and I don't believe it was the correct color... They were nice but would only give me a percentage off on my next order.

We’re really sorry the experience didn’t feel right for you. While shipping timelines can sometimes be affected once a package leaves us, we understand how frustrating delays can be.
Regarding the color, we always produce based on the selected fabric, but we know screen settings and lighting can sometimes make things look different in person. That said, we never want anyone to feel stuck with something they’re unsure about.
