We pre booked and used Rogervan for a pickup and drop off service recently. We received a courtesy call to let us the driver had arrived slightly earlier than scheduled which was great- which... Ver mais
I made this booking with 14 hours notice. Marilyn was very quick in responding amd arranging it all. The driver was about 20minutes late but it wasn't a big issue. Would use them again.

excellent service for a great price
Roger and his colleague were excellent. Roger was responsive and helpful when making the booking and questions prior to removal. They arrived on time and worked cleanly, quickly and without fuss loading everything in. They stacked the van extremely well, ensuring we maximised space. They took care of everything and ensured it all arrived in one piece at the storage unit. They also worked tirelessly to unload everything into the storage unit without fuss. My only suggestion for upgrade would be to stack the storage unit in a way that allows easy access to the boxes, as these may need to be accessed whereas things like wardrobes and beds aren't going to be needed until we empty the unit. That's a learning curve for me and something I would have loved Roger and his team to already have in their awareness. Other than that, no complaints and we would happily use them again. Great price too. Thank you
