The manager Angelo always goes out of his way to help tenants in all type of situations. I love how secure the facility is and how clean. I always recommend this facility to my friends

I just wanna say how thankful I was able to meet some people. I have used a lot of storage places, but I’m down. This has to be the best. I’ve been here. I was here for about seven years and I received upmost gracious service for lightness and just all good pleasure to be around these fine folks. I’m sure they’re up and one of your best operators in the company. If there’s one they would say you’re a very lucky company. I met with the Store Manager, Madeline Guzman, on a walk-in basis. She was professional, knowledgeable, and had a pleasant personality.

Madeline had me set up with a unit of my liking within minutes and invited me to the store's Grand Opening of its newest, climate controlled, units today.

I met a lot of nice people including the Mayor of Satellite Beach, the Hon. Steve Osmer, District Manager Mr. Joel Patterson, amongst others!

This was my first time renting a storage unit but Melvin made everything easy to understand and even walked me to my unit so it would be easy to find later on. I like that there is lots of room to load and unload large furniture, but what I really love is how clean this facility is!

So impressed by Melvin as he walked us thru the options with the HUGE monitors behind showing how the storage units are monitored. Everything was clean and organized, is that new storage location smell???? Anyway I wanted to thank Melvin for helping us as we had never gotten a storage unit before.

We visited the new Winter Springs location and were very impressed with the facility: super clean, excellently maintained property in an early to access location. Most of all, Nick was a pleasure to work with, great attitude, helpful, courteous and transparent about pricing and policies. I look forward to recommending this location to anyone needing storage answers.
