Very happy with Rogue Games - good selection of paints and models and very good prices. Delivery was super quick as well, and all arrived in perfect shape. Will be happy to order from them again!

No amount of savings is worth this much hassle. Buyer beware. This company has absolutely terrible communication and buying 'on backorder' is a joke.

Spent £95 on two products, one of which was listed as 'on backorder' with estimated delivery of 2-3 weeks. It is now over seven weeks since placing the order and I've received nothing.

I have had to send eight emails regarding this order, half of which have been ignored. The remainder have been vague, evasive and have not answered my direct questions about where my order sits in their internal order queue. I have no idea whether my item will be in the next re-stock from the supplier, or whether I should expect to wait another two, four or eight weeks while other customer's orders are fulfilled.

While I've been waiting seven weeks for my order, the company have continued 'selling' the same product on back-order with an estimated delivery of 5-10 days. Obviously this means an ever increasing queue of people are being duped into believing the product will arrive sooner than listed. This seems very dishonest to me.

I understand that the company's suppliers are not producing enough stock, but it is very hard for me to have sympathy for a company that has been so disrespectful in its lack of communication or transparency.

Update: What a contrast this was with another 3rd party warhammer supplier. Inquired about their stock situation at 5.57pm on a Friday, had a reply within five minutes clearly outlining when I could expect my order.

I initially ordered the Necromunda tileset as it was stated as awaiting stock. After placing my order they changed the status of this item to out of stock.
Additionally I ordered Cursed City as they were initially stating they were expecting a reprint. Games workshop have specifically stated this will not be reprinted and I would now like a refund.
I have made several attempts to contact them with regards to receiving refunds for both of these items and so far have been totally ignored. The contact number they have registered for the company is also not valid.
They now have £138 of my money and I have no items and no way of obtaining a refund.
Avoid this company at all costs as ironically they live up to the name of Rogue Games

Preordered the piety and pain 40k box with Rogue games after not finding it anywhere else online still available. Was a little concerned with some of the other reviews, but I took the chance. They are closed on weekends, but shipped it the Monday after it officially launched, received the package by Tuesday morning. Could have used more packing bubbles in the box. Will definitely order again

Absolutely awful communication skills to the point I thought the website was a scam at first as I paid and didn't receive the items until a month after when it was meant to be 1-3 days delivery.

My items were not out of stock or back listed and were all in stock when ordered so obviously the website needs to be updated more.

Im not usually the type to write a bad review but this was a shambles.

Good price, shipped quickly and in good packaging, all round excellent, would use again!

I ordered a rule book for the Middle Earth SBG, it arrived really well packaged and a day earlier than I expected in excellent condition. I got a reminder email which was helpful during the order process. Lots of selection on the website and discounted prices on Games Workshop products along with reasonable shipping costs. The website is really easy to use and find what you're looking for as well as browsing. All the products I looked at had pictures to which is nice to see.

Received my package, great price just a shame on the wait for delivery

Tried to cancel / refund my order as gift was no longer wanted. 1st email was sent roughly 10 days before order was despatched. 2nd email 2 days before. 3rd email on day.

No response. No phone number or customer care line.

Cant refund now. Stuck with unwanted item. Will use alternate sites next time.

As always great service. On time and exactly what I asked for. Cant beat these guys
