Great experience with this car rental company! They have a fantastic choice of cars, no hassle, and no hidden costs. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the deposit was returned within minutes after we gave the car back. Highly recommend!

A very reliable car rental company. Always our first choice. We’ve used them around 6 times over the past years Good quality cars, efficient shuttle bus to and from the airport to the rental compound and well organised collection and return service of the rental cars.

Super friendly and efficient. Only around half an hour journey from and to the airport. Smiling staff ;)

On the way to the airport from my holiday I realised a block away from the hotel that I had left something behind at the reception and the driver was super happy to come back and made me feel at ease so Muchas Gracias again 😘

Beware - robbery!
Comprehensive insurance won't protect you from fraud. When we returned the car, we were charged 50 euros for cleaning because there was "a lot of sand" inside. I'm attaching photos. I've never encountered such rude customer service in my life. Furthermore, they lie during the rental process that the deposit is only for fuel. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless you enjoy helping crooks.

I booked direct with ROIG having been given a discount code by my holiday company. The price was the most competitive I could find. Pick up and drop off from the aiport worked fine - its a short ride. The car was not the latest model but it was fine. There were a lot of scuffs and scratches to note before leaving but they didn't try to blame me for any of them on return. The reception staff could try being friendly but they did the job. I was offered excess insurance but declined. I was not pressured into buying. Drop off was reasonably fast. I would certainly use them again subject to competitive pricing.

The driver who took us to the airport from the hotel was a holiday nightmare; rude, inconsiderate and aggressive. He turned up to the hotel very early and then told hotel reception to call my room and say that he was going to leave if I didn't arrive immediately. I told him I would be there in 2 minutes, even though there was still 10 minutes until the pick up time of 8.37am. I then ran to reception leaving my pregnant wife and 18 month old son behind so that I could talk to him in the fear that we would be left without a transfer, and also lose the money that we had paid. I got there well in advance to the pick up time and he continued to be rude and aggressive. He refused to put my suitcases in the van and he also refused to install the baby seat.

In the meantime he continued to act rude and aggressive and then complain to the hotel staff about me being late even though I wasn't late. In that time my wife and baby had arrived and then he began the process of installing the baby seat and load our suitcases further adding to the time. He could have simply been polite and courteous, loaded the suitcases and baby seat and we would have left on time. Instead he arrived very early, made out that I was late and then added further time to the departure by spending more time complaining than doing his job of loading the luggage and installing the baby seat.

Wir haben eine Inselrundfahrt gemacht mit einem Premium Bus von Roig. Es war eines der neuesten Busse von Volvo. Der Fahrer Maxi ist super sicher gefahren. Eines der schönsten Momente auf Mallorca. Von mir ganz klar 5 Sterne. Weiter so besser geht nicht. Marc Vogelmann

We rented a car from Roig for a weekend trip to Mallorca. We got another car than booked, but that wasn’t a problem for us.

Everything went pretty smooth with the shuttle bus from the airport and the administration at the office.

Then 3 months after returning the car I receive a e-mail that I have a traffic violation because of a missing emissions sticker. They they kept my credit card info so for the administration of forwarding the bill to me they charged 30€ instantly without my approval. In addition the ticket is 90€ so in total 120€.

The problem for me is that there wasn’t any clear sign of an emission zone that “I couldn’t” enter in my rental, normal sedan car and nor did Roig tell me about a missing emission zone sticker. All I was told was to have a printed A4 paper with some info in Spanish visible in the windscreen at all time, and so I did.

I went to majorca with daughter and granddaughter the transfer bus was roig. When we got to our hotel. I noticed my phone was missing, so right away my daughter rang my phone and it was answered by the driver, she told him I must have dropped my phone, he said yes, yes, I have it but then the phone went dead.
Our rep phoned the bus company and told them, they said they had asked their drivers and no one had it, and they didnt know who the driver was, but that's rubbish as they have timetables and know who drove what bus and on what date. This was on 24 june between 11.30 and midnight. I'm seventy and cant afford another phone as I only had that one for 4 months and still have over £300 to pay now, this is my daughter's phone. It's awful to think you can't trust a bus driver

Im Vorfeld haben alle Abmachungen funktioniert. Wir waren mit 18 Leuten unterwegs und leider wurde dann an dem Tag ein Drittunternehmen (beauftragt von Roig) geschickt. Zwar kam der Bus pünktlich an, jedoch war der Fahrer dermaßen unfähig zu wenden und einen Steinweg zu fahren, sodass nach kurzer Zeit die Kupplung kaputt ging (Anfahren im 3. Gang)… am Tag zuvor kam ein großer LKW zu unserem Haus und hatte keinerlei Probleme zu wenden oder anzufahren…. Da der ganze Innenraum verqualmt war, mussten alle Gäste sofort den Bus verlassen. Zuvor hat er beim Rückwärtsfahren noch einen Baum angefahren… Und dann standen wir da… wir hatten eine Reservierung im Restaurant, die wir dann leider nicht mehr pünktlich einhalten konnten. Die ganze Hochzeitsgesellschaft lief dann über Steinwege zur nächsten Kreuzung, um dann 30 Minuten später von zwei Großraum-Taxen (Roig) abgeholt zu werden. Die vereinbarte Abholung lief dann leider auch alles andere als reibungslos. Wir mussten etliche Male anrufen und wurden dann endlich mit einer Stunde Verspätung (es war inzwischen 23:15 Uhr) abgeholt (wieder vom Drittunternehmen). Für uns und unsere Gäste war es super nervig. Auf dem Rückweg verfuhr der Fahrer sich dann auch noch, obwohl wir ihm den Weg auf Spanisch und Englisch sagten und zeigten… (der Fahrer hat leider kein einziges Wort Englisch verstanden)…
Am nächsten Tag hatten wir eine weitere Tour gebucht, die dann von Roig selbst übernommen wurde. Wir sind gleich zu Beginn zu Fuß zur nächsten Kreuzung gegangen, damit es keine Probleme auf dem Weg zur Finca gibt. Bei der Tour selbst hat alles reibungslos funktioniert.
Unsere Beschwerde über die erste Tour wurde im Nachgang damit begründet, dass der Weg zur Finca nicht befahrbar war (komisch das der LKW ein Tag zuvor keinerlei Probleme hatte). Ich bin nicht sicher, ob ich mit Roig nochmal fahren würde (vor allem nicht an so einem wichtigen Tag)

Last summer my friends and I went to ROIG for car rental. We really enjoyed the brand new and well-equipped cars. We also got the full insurance service (KASKO) and we paid a really competitive price.

Very happy with Roig service! We rented a 7 seater for 3 days, everything went as expected. The service of airport shuttle is very fast and receptionist was also very effective. I recommend and will use again If I return to Mallorca.

We rented a car on Mallorca for one week - a fine, new car and absolutely no problems. Recommentable compagny.👍😉,. Many car-rent forms try to sell extra insurenses, but not ROIG 👍

My boyfriend and I recently hired a car in Mallorca, Spain (we are based in London, UK). We did a lot of research on car hire companies leading up to the holiday, and found the whole process quite overwhelming as there are so many negative reviews of almost every single car company. We came across Roig and decided to book with them, and I am so glad we did! Their customer service prior to leaving England was great, and the gentleman who met us at the airport was awesome! We decided to pay extra for the full insurance and airport collection, which I would recommend. Dropping the car off was super easy too. I am so glad we chose to go with Roig! Unfortunately, one star off as the price of an automatic car was quite expensive.
