Easy, Detailed, Trusted, Friendly
Had a very nice experience and felt supported throughout the personal enquiry, everything I had to ask was answered in detail and very quick. Thanks to Mark, he is a very good person he helped me find and rent my first accommodation, was very satisfied with his approach because I was a bit unsure but he made me feel comfortable and reliable as I was doing the application.

I booked a room through Rooms and Pads for some friends as I couldn't host them at my place. My experience was excellent: the booking process was simple and quick, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, well-furnished, and ideally located. Brilliant
The team at Rooms and Pads is brilliant. Since I got in touch with them, the professionalism showed was of extreme reassurance as lately you never know what to expect when renting. I had a comfortable stay, enhanced by the strategic location to commute in and out of London.
