Good communication, customer service and product
The product I ordered was not in stock and they had to make a production run to fulfill my order they let me know this was the case and that there would be a delay in dispatch but within a week the product arrived and is excellent quality and was very good value also. I was a little disappointed at the delay but I am so happy with the product that has easily erased that feeling. I would like to say a big Thank You to all involved

Great piece of rope bought it for a couple of washing lines, no more slipping of the clothes & seems it will last a good few years, well worth the price & the bonus was the fast delivery.
Would definitely recommend this company & I will definitely be purchasing from them again

Poor quality product
No problem with delivery, but endless cord (not endless, but ended with wire hooks to join the ends) broke immediately. Useless.

Hi. I’m very sorry you are not happy with the item. The hooks are part of the design to make the continuous loop which is why they are called endless cords. They are made to be a discreet small hook to attach the two ends together. When used with skylight windows and pulleys this design has worked well for many years and we rarely if ever get a complaint about them. The cord you received must have been faulty and we would be happy to send a replacement. Kind Regards James
