Never received my order for Valentines…

Never received my order for Valentines Day. Definitely not receiving a "premium" experience they advertise or you end up paying for. Emailed support and waiting for a response. Going on Day 4 and no update from the shipping carrier they chose to use.

HORRIBLE!!

HORRIBLE!!! Ordered roses for Valentines Day, paid extra to be delivered on 2/14/23. NO ROSES were delivered. Tracking information showed nothing for delivery only that the label was printed on 2/11/23. No notification from the company at all. I know nothing was delivered because I have cameras outside my house and my wife works from home. Put in a dispute with PayPal and the company has not responded. This company use to be reputable but is now a SCAM! I want a full refund; no roses on the date promised, means they did not fulfill their service obligation. REFUND!

Absolutely the worst experience

Absolutely the worst experience. Paid extra for priority shipping. Paid extra for v-day holiday. No roses were delivered. No customer service, phone just rings and hangs up. Took
days for the initial email response and more days to answer me back. Still no roses, no response, no refund.

Horrible Experience… ordered for Valentine’s Day. No packages received. Called the number on line twice, no answer. Sent an email, responded that carrier shows order was delivered. Nothing after that. They don’t care at all. Had to open up an investigation with the carrier. Sent another email to Roseshire; still no response. Not sure if I’m going to get reimbursed. Definitely feel scammed. Don’t waste your time or money.

The absolute worst experience that I…

The absolute worst experience that I have ever had. I ordered my wife roses for her birthday and they did not arrive. Please do yourself a favor and find a reputable flower shop and send from there. Roseshire is a complete waste of time and they will leave you disappointed. BEWARE!!!

WORST EVER !!!!!!! Revised 04/23!!

My first and last experience with them. Paid and ordered for a Saturday,Got the notification that it would be there before noon on Saturday it is now 1130am on Monday and they now cannot find the package .
They only work from 8ish to 5 , Mon thru Fri if you have a problem outside of that you are SOL you can leave a email which they will respond to whenever !!
I say 8ish because they did answer the phone until 811am that's not 8am .
After explaining my frustration they offered me 25 back ....Ya 25 dollars to wait for 2 1/2 days , I said are you serious , well we can send you another one ,so you want me to wait around until you and company figure out how to ship stuff , well you can get a full refund and no product and hung up!
Called back another 8 times to speak to a manager well we dont have one a hung up !!!!!
After Being Contacted again .
They were determined to make it right and they did perfect execution …
kudos !!!!

Unsatisfied Customer

This company appears to be not costumer centered. I am very disappointed in the way that my box arrived. A shipping label should NEVER be placed on top of a collectors item. There could have been another option with placing the Stranger Things collectors box within a poly mailer/mailing box so that the shipping label wouldn’t touch the collectors box. After looking into it further with the company I was not satisfied with their customer service. They did not try to make things right and did not care with what they did. Why is the Stranger Things collectors item treated differently than all the other products? I’ve watched several people open up flowers from this company and didn’t have this issue with a printed label on their Disney collectors box. DO BETTER!! Unable to find costumer satisfaction. The least you could do is send me an unmarked box for my collector item as I expected it to be.

Rose shire i a terrible business I try to place an order for Mother’s Day but it was not bein accepted but it proceeded to take the money out my bank account when I tried to call customer service the phone preceded to ring would hang up after a few seconds coming from a fellow business owner this is bad business

terrible

terrible. Placed an order for Mother’s Day 2 minutes later found out mother will be out of town for a week and flowers would be dead. I tried to cancel my order because I literally placed it two seconds ago they wouldn’t refund me super rude customer service.

Ordered forever roses and paid extra…

Ordered forever roses and paid extra for overnight. Order was placed around noon on a weds and days later still haven’t received the roses for my girlfriends birthday. No tracking number or email. They sure did charge me though. Yuck.

Ordered mickey and mini 2 dozen roses…

Ordered mickey and mini 2 dozen roses for my wife. Order got lost and got the runaround from roseshire. When the order showed up over a week later the roses were almost dead and had frostbite. They would not refund but sent out another 2dozen roses. These are just as bad as the first. Big waste of money to use this company.
