Rushed appointment, wrong appointment times given, arrogant and dismissive.

Terrible experience. Viewed a property and the home report was obviously fixed!!
Rosie is rude and arrogant. Totally full of her own self importance!!
She needs to remember she relies on her customers and word of mouth for business.

Was offered one slot ( which was unsuitable ) after me having to chase up e mail that was clearly forgot about or ignored.

It's only cost me a wee bit of time rather than money but I'm glad I'm not trusting a house sale to these guys.

When you employ an estate agent you hope they are scheduling as many viewings as possible but I found it difficult to even get a viewing.

Could not recommend the Rosie Fraser team more. From the first meeting to (very quick) sale they were brilliant! Kept us updated each step of the way and always there for support.

My experience with Rosie Fraser Real Estate was, unfortunately, deeply disappointing. From the outset, I was assured that their services would provide a seamless and stress-free experience. Regrettably, this promise was not upheld, and the process was far from smooth. It became clear early on that choosing this agency to sell my property was a regrettable decision.

While it would be time-consuming to outline every issue I encountered, the most significant concern was the poor communication and their failure to follow through on my instructions. Additionally, prospective buyers reported difficulties in scheduling viewings, which they attributed to communication breakdowns within the agency. This raised concerns about how many potential buyers may have been lost due to these issues. Despite raising my concerns multiple times, there was little to no improvement. In fact, I was informed by one staff member that I was not the only client to have raised similar complaints, which suggests that these issues are not isolated. This may help explain why other clients have also chosen to part ways with the company and engage other agencies.

During the two months I worked with Rosie Fraser Real Estate, I never felt valued as a client. It seemed that their priority was securing the next sale to boost their figures, rather than delivering the "personal, reliable" service they claim to offer in their marketing. After numerous attempts to address the issues, I had no choice but to terminate my agreement with them and engage a new estate agent. Within days, my property was marketed effectively, and firm offers were on the table within a week, resulting in a stress-free sale.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Rosie Fraser Real Estate to anyone seeking to buy, sell, or rent in the Tayside area. Regrettably, I wish I had chosen a different agency from the start. However, this experience has been a valuable lesson.

Jack that showed us around was very nice and professional.Nice friendly young chap.very smart in appearance.

The only thing I would say I did see view another property twice but no one followed up the viewing which was disappointing as there was a few issues with property that should be flagged up to viewers. This property was shown to us by the owner not Jack.

I was interested in Ledyatt Cottage and got in touch with Rosie Fraser. There was a delay for my request for the Home Report (which was supposed to be on their website, but was a 'leaflet'). So, you have to ask for the report and, unnecessarily, need to provide details targeted at becoming your estate agent. I checked Angus Council for any planning and discovered that work had been performed but not certified / completed by Angus Council. No mention of this on the Home Report nor schedule / web site listing. I watched the accompanying video that shows a 'Bothy' (see 1:36 through to 2:26) to as part of the property offering and through later questioning is not actually included in the sale (nor is the static caravan).

Rosie Fraser video and listing was very misleading and only through questioning did I uncover the actual property particulars. My experience of Rosie Fraser was unprofessional and 'rush-job' (even the YouTube video is uploaded as 'Lydatt Cottage' not Ledyatt!

Was considering viewing a house, but had some concerns as the Home Report was unavailable. When it was made available there were inaccuracies that did not match the schedule and website description on both the website and TSPC. I wanted to clarify the inaccuracies with Rosie Fraser, but no-one responded to my concerns. As a seller, I would be horrified to know that a prospective buyer was ignored. As it stands, I will not be viewing the property with Rosie Fraser as they were unresponsive, inaccurate with their listing on TSPC (wrong number of bedrooms and bathrooms, minutes from a well known location in Dundee - when the house was situated outside Dundee!, and too many other mistakes to mention). Very disappointed potential buyer considering amazing coverage from the local newspaper - which begs the question... why bother with Rosie Fraser?

This is the 3rd property I have sold using the services of Rosie Fraser Real Estate in the past year. As previous, service was friendly, and professional. Of particular mention is communications which were never less than excellent, receiving regular updates, and replies to inquiries often within a few minutes. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Rosie Fraser Real Estate when selling or purchasing a property.

Such a hassle even trying to get a viewing and even when I did was contacted by 2 different people with conflicting time changes
The agent Jimmy let us in and just told us to go and have a look , no info given about the property and questions not really answered . He was more interested in if we had something to sell , what agent we used and smugly informed me he would have got me a much higher price No doubt given the multiple stories about this company lying to potential buyers about other offers being put in to get them to up their offers . Asked for a second viewing , again such a hassle but eventually the owners did the viewing thankfully , and they were quite horrified at the lies we had been told . Furthermore is text messages with smiley faces and house emojis is hardly a professional method of conduct for a supposedly professional company. Decided against proceeding with this particular house and would definitely be very aware of the conduct and lies from this company as we were told there had been offers put in that owner was considering , the owner told us no offers had been put in . That's actually very misleading , and unprofessional .
PLEASE DO NOT FURNISH THIS REVIEW WITH A RESPONSE AS REALLY NOT INTERESTED IN THE POOR PLEADING EXCUSES I HAVE SEEN FROM OTHER RESPONSES .

We had a great experience from start to finish. Everything was taken care of, making the process feel completely stress-free on our end. We were regularly updated on viewings, feedback, and offers. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

Cannot recommend Rosie Fraser Real Estate enough for their help and professionalism each person has shown us throughout our house selling Journey. A very personal and thankfully a quick process all round from requesting a house valuation to our house being under offer within 8 days of going live on the market. 17 days from start to finish, we were over the moon with service we have received. We were always kept up to date daily with next steps, feedback, visits and made a lot more personal doing this via group chat, voice notes and phone calls.
