My first introduction into working with a company like Rosland Capital has been a big learning curve but most definitely worth it. I am now able to receive benefits that i was missing in my savings beforehand, coins are surprisingly lucrative ! Thank you Rosland for opening my eyes up to a new avenue for savings.

I called in off the back of an advert and spoke to an account manager who completely shocked me with their knowledge on Gold and the financial markets , within a week or so they helped me come up with a strategy to move my portfolio around so that not only I but my kids are going to be better off in the future… thank you so much for Rosland for easing some of my future concerns and making me savvy to what Gold could help me achieve. I am an avid collector of coins and have been for years - I was searching for a 24 karat Queen Elizabeth new effigy coin for quite a while being that only 63 of them exist , I was lucky enough to call in Rosland at the right time who swiftly processed the transaction and got the coin sent out to me within a few days… thanks you Rosland and Luke for such a great edition to my collection.

I have found my 'navigator' nothing but kindness, informative, inspirational and considerate throughout our transactions. This has been very reassuring to myself especially when I can be quite irrational. The service has always been prompt and explanatory if there is any delay which rarely happens.

Since I was pressurised into buying some gold coins, the guy that sold me them has simply not stopped pestering, and pressurising me, to buy more.

He is a goddamn nuisance, arrogant, and downright rude.

Had I known this pillock was going to be constantly like that, I simply would have put the phone down on our first call.

I wouldn't give this company a one star. Total sham of an organisation. I purchased £4000 of coins in 2017 and then a further £3800 in 2020. I was told repeatedly by them that the value of my coins had gone up by a few % each year and they contacted me on a few occasions over the years trying to sell more, but I refused. Just recently I tried to sell them (buy back option with Rosland Gold) and they have offered me £4,508!!!. Their customer services/buyers accused me when sending the coins back to them, that they were in "poor condition". I had never ever touched them! and kept them in a secure safe for years & they were in the exact same condition. After several emails, they then stated that the "boxes" were in poor condition, again fundamentally untrue as they have never been touched for years!. They're stating that due to the condition of the boxes, it has somehow resulted in me making a loss of £3,300 on this!!. I will now be taken this up with all the relevant authorities here in the UK & USA

Do not contact this company. I made that mistake in 2016 and they are still calling me in August 2023. I never bought anything from them. Explained I was only interested in bullion and not coins sold for multiples of the gold spot price. Ignorant sales staff are synonymous with Rosland Gold.

Please do not buy anything from this company. They sell vastly overpriced 'collectable' coins. Over the space of two years they contacted my 79 year old Father and encouraged him to purchase over £60,000 of gold, silver and platinum coins telling him his investment would so be worth £100,000. I have had them independently valued at £25,000. They offer a buy back service which they do not honour and have ignored my emails. disclaimers on the website protect them from fraud. Buyer beware coins retail at £5500 are only worth £500. Any reply to this review asking me to contact the company will be a lie to try and make they look legit. Disgraceful company
