I’ve been buying and wearing Rotary watches for 30 years now and the movement is faultless and watch design spot on perfection. I now have a watch for all occasions from diving to posh dining…… my recent purchase was a chronograph quartz movement and I am still practicing how to use the full functions, the leather strap is so comfortable. I may be the few that wears my watch on my right wrist, something I did when a mechanic to stop the crown digging into my backhand whilst performing spanner 🔧 gymnastics to undo bolts…. I’m now retired but can’t switch wrist so odd I shall be 😎

Order came on time and was left in safe place as requested.

The response from ROTARY offered a replacement watch face (in WHITE) with a choice of number 3 styles
BUT at my expense AND with an 11 week waiting time.

On writing a 2nd time I was told that my complaint was the only one they had had - which appears, from TRUST PILOT reviews to be incorrect.

Rotary did climb down and offered to replace the 'Windsor' watch face with a choice of 3 in white at NO charge but, since they did not say how long I would be kept waiting (11 weeks?), I decided to keep to the existing navy blue face despite the reflections.
I have done some research on the internet and found out that many drivers wear polarised sunglasses which
would possibly produce the same reflections if worn in conjunction with a polarised watch glass. Nevertheless this goes to show that even a company as respected as ROTARY has dropped a clanger here.
I don't believe their assertion that the issue is down to the colour of the watch face - if they can assert that I am the only complainant which is untrue, they can be entirely wrong about the need for polarised (i.e. non-reflective glass) in all their products.

The product was delivered in a timely fashion and arrived in good condition. The retailer also made the payment of taxes and duties very convenient by taking care of that and including it in the original invoiced amount.

I sent an old watch in for repairs but unfortunately it could not be repaired,I was offered 40% discount on a new Rotary watch,I was kept informed through the whole process,customer service could not be faulted,absolutely 1st class

I love my rotary ladies watch, which has been with me since 2004. When battery replacements began to run down quickly, I was advised to send my watch for a service. I chose the Rotary Service Centre in Rayleigh. Communication about sending the watch and lead times was prompt and polite, and pricing was clear. My watch has been returned quickly and safely by courier, and is keeping time. It is too soon to say whether the service it received will prolong battery life. I assume so, and am looking forward to having my watch back on my wrist for years to come.

Just received watch as it's a 60th birthday present today.
It a beautiful watch, well packaged and came when I was advised it would.
I bought my husband a rotary watch almost 2 years ago, that's why I wanted one.

Very useful watch winder but surprised that it is continuously rotating rather than stopping after say 12 hours. It is quiet which is important but as I don’t wear the watch regularly I am not sure how beneficial the winder will be to me
