Very quick and efficient service, watch arrived very quickly.
Quick response when I asked how I could return one of the watches, however I was very disappointed that I had to pay for the return, and that no label was provided. I was also asked to return the watch in plastic covering which was impossible since it hadn't arrived in plastic covering, just a cardboard box.
You may be an old and long established firm, but a bit of updating would be a good idea.

I was not able to change the delivery address to my current address. Rotary followed up alter to say the watch was already delivered to the wrong address.

Absolutely top customer service, above and beyond to another stratosphere!

Retrospectively applied a discount I forgot to apply… first.

Secondly, the presentation box was crushed by DPD. Rotary dispatched me a new one no quibbles and thirdly packed a surprise gift for the wife to enjoy.

I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of this company. They are the Lexus of the watch world. Thank you.

I would recommend buying a watch from this company above all watch companies!

Everything was great: watches, price and shipping. It was my second purchase and not the last. I am very satisfied.

The black strap I got caught was of poor quality. The watch overall is nice and functions well. But the strap is so thin and very delicate. Already i have massive crease on it after wearing just 3 times.

I recently purchased my first automatic watch from Rotary. I only had it on display and when I went to wear it I noticed that there was damage to the item. I contacted Rotary and they told me what to do and send it across to them. Once sent I emailed for updates and they always replied very quickly. Even when the delivery company they hired didn’t manage to deliver it they sorted it out and the item got back to me safely. It is rare to find a company that are happy to help with problems because now my next watch will also be a Rotary. Thank you all for your help.

I have a moon face rotary bought for me by my late mother. It was the last thing she ever bought for me so the sentimental value is incalculable. Soon afterwards the gold paint started to wear away. I thought it was gold plated. I’d hardly worn it because it meant so much to me.

I contacted Rotary to see if anything could be done about this but they were simply not interested.

I’ve only bought watches from other companies after this bad experience and have never had a problem since.

As you’d expect I’m extremely disappointed to say the least!

I thought this was a high quality company (as my late mother obviously did too) who’d look after their customers.

I contacted Rotary again as they suggested . What a complete waste of time ! After initially telling me that they would either fix or send me another watch they’ve now suggested I contact another company who might be able to help. The watch was obviously sub-standard when it was made and they now want me to pay to get it fixed. I’ve got watches from several other companies and have never had a problem. Rotary are clearly one to avoid!

However it really does not help.

After initially telling me that you would not help years ago, this review prompted your company to finally offer to help.

Your service team apologised for me being dismissed initially and said that’s not how Rotary should treat customers.

They went on to say that they’d either fix the watch or send a replacement.

I had to go to the trouble of sending in photos etc…only to be told that Rotary actually won’t help and I’d have to pay another company to fix it.

Not only has this not helped, but it’s added insult to injury!

In future I’ll stick with the other watch manufacturers that I’ve used over the years without any problems whatsoever .

Watch is masterfully made for the price point. Strap is comfortable, watch itself is smooth and sits nicely on the wrist. Seems durable and the finish is exquisite. Will definitely be buying more tank style watches from this company.

Quality watches, quick service and delivery. Also good after sales service. Reasonable prices, and some special offers. I own 4 Rotarys and my wife has 1.

Really happy with my purchase, delivery was within the expected time and the watch is beautiful-everything I would expect from Rotary.

I expected that the watches will be more heavy and bigger.

Amazing customer support by Claire via email!! She helped me order a watch online with a different strap color (which was not online), following the matter with the technical department and sending it to me in Austria within 24hrs!! I was short on time before my trip, she was very kind and helpful to make this happen. Proud that me and my family have been lifelong customers of such an authentic brand, still valuable after 30 years for us.

My review is about poor customer service, for what is an expensive purchase.
I received my rotary watch as a gift from my husband, and unfortunately, when it arrived it was not working, despite a visit to Timpsons to change the battery.

When I emailed customer service, I received an email back simply informing me to send it back and to enclose a letter requesting a replacement. NO APOLOGY, or offer of a pre-paid label or collection. So I now have to pay to send an item back which I received as a gift, which is clearly faulty. Not what I would expect from a brand such as Rotary.

All is now resolved, apologies and refund of postage given. The new watch received and working. Thanks

A quality brand with real heritage continue to produce competitive timepieces im a big fan. Received my watch swiftly after purchasing it was well packaged and very nice as expected

Very good service. I got the Bianco 1977 F1 Limited edition. It looks and feels amazing. Very happy
