Wish I’d read reviews before buying, I wanted to cancel my order when concerned it wasn’t going to be real. The person on the live chat on the website lied and said it had already been dispatched, but couldn’t provide a reference. Surprise surprise a tracking email then got sent to me later that day from DPD saying they were expecting the item and it got posted the next day. The business is based out of a terrace house in Chelmsford and fake London address used as mailing address.

Watch arrived and seemed fake - logo on the back was smaller than the ones pictured online and the authenticity card was different to another we had.

Refund process was easy luckily and I had it processed within a day of it being received back but you have to pay for return yourself. A child accepted the return when delivered as pictured on Royal Mail tracking. Not really a professional outfit at all and even said that they don’t look at Trustpilot as a business. Avoid - not worth the risk of 100+ pounds on fake stuff.

SCAM BUSINESS !!! BE CAREFUL!! Don't buy anything, it's a fraud and they'll steal your money.

I would give it a minus really, this so called company works from home selling fake watches and does not like it when questioned.. they should be banned from selling !!!

I am lucky I bought just a Michael Kors paper gift bag but guess what - It was half of the size they announce in the site. Therefore no use for me. Obviously I asked for a refund - No answer

I ordered a Michael Kors watch on 11/11 I have not received the watch and have had no reply to my emails.I am beginning to think that the bad reviews for this company are correct and we have been scammed.Will be contacting the bank to try and retrieve money paid in very good faith.What a shower!

Don’t buy from this website, They don’t have customer service never respond to your messages.

Trying so hard to contact this company it’s a joke ordered a watch delivery being 3-5 days and bare in mind was a gift and guess what iv received nothing to say it’s been dispatched emailed numerous times and on there instagram page and still no reply. Will be reporting this company

Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the order from this company. order processing time (despite the special next-day shipping fee) the watch was shipped with a significant delay. when they kindly sent the package, the watch arrived not working and the wrong color. After trying hard to contact the company, I finally got an answer (that they could send me the correct color. Even though I wrote that I wanted a refund. I didn't get a refund, but I received another watch. This time the watch worked, but (note) the wrong color again. Another attempt at contact - I received a reply that they sent the correct color. I decided to send them photos of what I ordered and a photo of what I received. After sending the photos, I have not received any feedback since Saturday. I do not recommend this company. I cannot write a real opinion on their website they share . I advise you to avoid it
