Absolutely agree with everyone on this !!! Rowangirl is a scam site bought a dress and when received was not the correct sizing and also nothing like the Picture of the dress !!! wish I could add a photo of the horrible dress I received what a joke this site should be shut down nothing but scammers and when u read their reviews on their site they all sound wonderful so I tried to write a review on their site and guess what it got deleted straight away!!!!! I actually got an address to send the horrible dress back and guess what 2 months later it was returned to me with not at this address surprise surprise!!!! Hopefully people read all of these reviews before buying from these scammers wish I had I will be checking trust pilot before buying from anymore!!!! Do not buy from Rowangirl !!!!

Received my dress, very pretty but too small. Their size chart is way off. Been trying for two weeks to get an address to return the dress and receive my full refund, only to be told, they will not refund shipping fee. they also want to give me a cash credit and 30% off my next order if i just keep the dress and give it to a friend (their words not mine) I do not want credit or discounts, I want my refund. Why is there no address or phone number available on their website, because they are a poor business...really wish i would've read the reviews before ordering !!!!

This is the absolute WORST company ever! I have been emailing them for 2 weeks now to return and get my money back and they are delaying their time and saying the same things OVER AND OVER again about that they will give me 30% discount on the next item! There will NOT be another order from me. I have not received my full package and paid over $100.00 for this crappy/cheap material! I DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do Not Buy From This Company!!!! I ordered a dress and what I received is NOTHING like what I ordered. Their website policy states they will cover return shipping if it’s their fault but they are deceptive and refused to pay return shipping or issue a refund for their mistake. They kept giving me the run around about giving me the return address and would not give me a straight answer. Their products are horrible quality and look nothing like what is listed on the website. They don’t even deserve one star. Avoid at all costs.

TERRIBLE customer service, do not buy anything from this company. I paid for expedited shipping and it still arrived days late. One item was damaged (A strap just missing completely from the dress) and the other was supposed to be a small dress and could've fit 5 of me in it. The company refuses to pay for my shipping and give me a refund.

I don’t want to give even 1 star to this clothing store! Please do NOT shop here! Their clothing products is nothing what you see on their website. And don’t bother trying to return. I can’t believe they are still in business. Stay AWAY!!

Absolutely horrible, dress terrible quality. It wasn’t at all like the photo. It was supposed to be a black dress with black lining but dress came with white lining. The top layer didn’t go all the way around the back and the lining not only wrong colour but also too short.
Like other reviewers they won’t agree to take back without me paying for postage to China. Absolute scammers, totally ripped off.

DONOT BUY HERE Disgusting. They’re definitely scammer. Literally emailed over 10 times for a return label or the return address. Every time they would deviate from the question by offering me 15% discount on my next purchase, by suggesting I give it to a family member or friend, by telling me there’s a shipping fee “is that ok with you?” Yea you fool $150 of cheap and ugly clothes over $14 shipping fee yea I don’t care send me the return address. Nothing!!! No response!!! They’re scammers

WHAT A SCAM!

Originally saw a really pretty dress advertised on FaceBook, in which I thought to myself that I had to have it. Purchasing was easy, received it fairly quickly. HOWEVER, then upon receipt, the dress' quality did NOT match AT ALL to what was shown on the pictures on the website. The stitching was HORRENDOUS! When I went to email them for a refund, then came the 30+ emails between us lasting for over 2 months' time now. Each email was offering me a ridiculous credit towards a new purchase, to which I said NO, I WANT A FULL REFUND less the shipping amount. I was finally able to get their agreement to it, so I shipped it via USPS with tracking. They never got back to me when I said the order was received, and finally they did. They then said they'd only offer a portion of the amount because they were charged in China's Customs! That's not acceptable, because that's not what we agreed to. I told them they had 48 hours to initiate the credit or I would involve my credit card company... well guess what, I just disputed the charge with my Citi Card, and am leaving this review in hopes it saves everyone time, money and mega frustration when purchasing fromthem!!!

It takes a month to get your item and when it finally arrives it looks NOTHING like the pictures, like, horrendous. And when you go to return it they ask you if you’re ok to pay the return shipping and then tell you it’s too expensive and offer you a discount instead. I’ve sent 10 emails and explicitly asked for the return address and every time they don’t give it to me and offer me a discount and a $ credit that increases every time. Their website says they accept returns as long as the buyer pays shipping. (Nothing on the site mentions it ships from China and you’re paying to ship it back there but I don’t care, I would rather pay for shipping than have them keep my money.)

Yes I was scammed too. I ordered something and instead of receiving the item I got an empty package with a piece of paper in it in the mail that said thank you?

I ordered a dress for my bridal shower and the quality was absolutely horrible. It looked nothing like the picture and had missing pieces to the skirt of the dress. I asked for a refund and the same message was sent back to me multiple times. Their response was to keep the dress and they will give me $5 off my next order. I told them 5 different times that I wanted a refund and they just keep sending the same message. Horrible customer service and won’t give me a return address. I will continue to bash them every chance I get because they should not be in business.

The company got me with a cute layered tulle dress I couldn’t find anywhere else. I paid for expedited shipping, and the dress was to arrive within a week. The shipping information posted with tracking out of Celina, Texas, which remained unchanged for two weeks. I contacted the company, who responded back with a mixture of Chinese and English claiming the dress is in transit. We’re now going on over a month, and I have yet to receive the dress nor my expedited shipping costs reimbursed.

Yes all these reviews are the truth. I saw that cute flower dress because it matched this clutch I had. It fits weird but looks nothing like the picture and I tried to return it and I keep getting the repeat message over and over and over that says shipping will cost too much so they can give me back 10$ and 30% off my next order

Do not order anything from this company! The customer service is a joke. You cannot get them to mail your item for at least a month and if you ever get your order, it is poor quality and doesn’t fit. I am still in a dispute about returning the clothes and getting a return. They won’t even supply me with a return address. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to the lack of response I’m getting about a refund.

Extremely poor quality clothing. I received two dresses that had strings hanging off of them and were poorly shaped. Rowangirl refused to pay for shipping to return the items despite the issues with the clothing being there fault. I will NEVER purchase from them again and I recommend you do not either. The pictures do not look like the crap items you receive.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are advertising false images-- the flower dress I received is not what was advertised. When I tried to return my $79 dress, they said they'd refund me $5 OR I can go through the hassle of shipping it back to China (and paying all of the shipping fees.)

These dresses are a joke. One is like a curtain and the others are not anything like they show. No tags or anything inside. Very midsized and looks like a bad Halloween costume. DO NOT order from this place! What a scam. Now I gotta try and contact these scammers and I’m sure I will have issues with that. What an utter disappointment.
