TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service. Did not fulfill my order within time frame as promised. DID NOT update me with the delay. REFUSED to CANCEL order. I contacted to cancel. REFUSED to cancel order. FULFILLED order and shipped from CHINA to UNITED STATES without my request. WOULD NOT refund my card AS per my request. DO NOT BUY TERRIBLE PRODUCT. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM. THIEVES. TERRIBLE.

Do not buy from Rowangirl. The clothes are material not of this world. They are so cheap that there is better material at Joannes. It's unwearable and scratchy material. It's not polyester or viscose even. I give them one star because I only got $25 back from $130 I spent on clothes because to ship this crap all the way back to China, it would cost more than they are worth so they are going to good will and hopeful someone will wear them or, sadley, I just contributed to the planet waste. Just don't buy from them.

I wish I had found these reviews before ordering from Rowan girl....Do not order from them!!! Spend your money elsewhere!
They are terrible to deal with, I got 2 dresses, both poor quality, the halter dress is an absolute joke, not even wearable.
They will not send me directions/ address to return, instead they 1st offered $3 per item refund! They then offered $5 per item and 30% next purchase! What a joke! Scam, crooks, poor quality, no customer service!

Don’t do it! Products are not as shown. Very cheap material and way overpriced! This site is worst than most as far as quality and value go. Don’t waste your money!

NEVER buy anything from this company. I ordered a black long dress for $36...what a piece of crap. I wouldn't even ware it in the house. Buyer beware☠️

Purchased a dress and tried to return it after making initial contact tried to confirm details of where to return it and nothing. Tried contacting them on email and messenger and silence is the response

Clothes were not as described. Incredibly deceiving pics and descriptions. Pure JUNK. Would not give ANY information to return items. I understood I would have to pay for the return. They offered $3 refund on each item. My total was $171. 5 items. Hmmm...that would be $15 total. SCAM. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Rowan Girl is a fraudulent company. I have not received 1 out of 2 dresses ordered over a month ago. I paid for the 10-14 day shipping and when I did receive the first dress it was damaged. I have being going back and forth with an automated return message with no resolution. They have offered to refund me $15 for a $50 dress and indicate it’s too expensive to pay to return. They apologized for me not receiving the 2nd dress and stated they would give me %30 off my next order. DO NOT USE..it is a scam from a China based company that is not reliable.

I can tell you from personal experience of ordering clothes from Rowangirl.com that they are AWFUL. There are questions on the inter webs of whether they are a legit business and yes, they are legit and do sell clothes. Low quality clothing made and shipped to you from CHINA. The fabric is thin and cheap and the sizing they claim on their site is wayyyyy off. The clothes are much smaller in size than they represent. God help you if you want to make a return. Their site makes it seem like returns and refunds are a simple process but nothing could be further from the truth. They require you to pay the shipping cost to return the clothing to them IN CHINA, and whereas they only charged me $7.99 to ship the clothes to me, I paid over $40 to USPS to return the clothes to them. I returned the clothes in perfect condition and guess what happened to the promised “full refund”? They told me that China customs taxed my order on the return, so they would only be refunding me HALF my money. I have absolutely no idea why China customs would tax my order but that has nothing to do with me or anything I did, and they should not penalize me for that. Absolutely NONE of this is disclosed on their website. They are TERRIBLE business people and their clothes SUCK. Avoid this company whatever you do. AVOID!!!
