Well I can officially say they love people being harassed had to report to the police as 6 upto 10 a day is ridiculous I haven't signed papers for simple fact the job that was done wasn't done properly at all so my belongings are ruined now I have to sort a skip is more money and now replace what I have lost these people are to be trusted just very good at harassing people for months.

I had a claim for mould in my house, was told i would receive £1,500, it went down to £1000 and after they won the case was told i would have £500 but today received £260 so i was shocked. They said i had rent arrears but ive never been behind on my rent in my life. They said they took other costs. I feel done over. Absolutely shocking. All about greed on all fronts.

Regular contact and updates when necessary. Clear information. No issues at all. Kind, friendly and helpful firm and I can't fault them. Very disappointing experience with this mob.

I’ve received multiple invoices where the figures appear not to add up, and I have repeatedly asked for clarification and supporting documentation.

Communication has also been extremely poor. I have emailed them several times about my concerns, yet I’m still being chased for payment without receiving any answers.

My experience so far has been awful and far from what I expected from a professional claims service.

Avoid this mob like the plague.

Mr Muhammed was handerling my case file,he was very helpful very understanding explained everything to me he got all my repairs done with the council.some of my repairs I was waiting for a few years there comming some time this month finally.before this company another company came round my street they never help me at all,never heard from them again.then this company came along and got the job done.they even got my compansion which I was greatfull for.thanks guys.

I would say that this company are excellent, especially the person I dealt with Saqid (file handler) was brilliant and kept me updated every step of the way.

My case was dealt with the upmost care and was handled in a professional manner and I was kept informed of what was happening and I was informed of any update and I felt that all my conserns and queries were always answered, I was treated like my feelings mattered. I would definitely recommend.

I submitted a claim for unfair lending a month or so ago. Since then the only communication I’ve received is emails from what is clearly an AI chat bot. Despite having sent them 8 years worth of bank statements, I keep receiving emails from the chatbot asking me for the same bank statements multiple times. It’s clear that this claim is going nowhere, I doubt whether an actual human has looked at it.

Didnt get off to the greatest of starts, but after having a lengthy chat with Joe the bloke is sound, was actually quite refreshing to speak to someone who actually shows empathy and actually wants to do the right thing
