They have the best selections. Prices of some items might be a little higher than others, however, their customer support provides excellent service and that is what I like the most about Royal Batch. They can even send you special coupons if you emailed them.

Amazing deals and coupons
They have amazing deals and coupons. I contacted them to check the availability of a very expensive item and they were able to source it for me with a discounted price. I took 2 days to ship it and 4 days in transit. I am very happy to find this website

Excellent customer support and prices
I had to order several engraved bottles for my company's staff. Their customer service provided quick and professional assistance to finish the engraving the way I liked. I enjoy my shopping experience with Royal Batch and will definitely come back

5 star customer support
I placed an order for five bottles, two of which were difficult to obtain. To my surprise, the customer support team at Royal Batch was able to procure them for me after I reached out to them via email. The most impressive part was that I obtained them at a lower price than any other source.

bad experience with shipping and very long delays. Their CS team is not responding for more than a week. I made a mistake trying to save 2 bucks and it costed me so much more not going with a reputable website. I would not be shopping from here again and hopefully i get my refund from my bank because their CS team wont return my money

This particular order, which included engraving services, was successfully delivered to your address in AL on February 14th, 2022, and was dispatched from our fulfillment center in California.
We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the order number of the other order you experienced an issue with. We take pride in our commitment to prompt customer service and aim to respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours. Additionally, we offer refunds for orders that cannot be delivered or if a customer chooses to cancel their order.
