Really happy with the service provided by Laura at RPMS. Very helpful!!

As a contractor working with Laura has been brilliant. Any problems, questions or arranging property visits with tenants is always dealt with quick and efficiently.

As Landlords we have had an excellent service from RPMS. Laura replies promptly to emails and can always answer our queries. A worry free service from marketing the letting of the property through to management of the tenancy.

As a tenant, cannot fault the service I receive from Laura (and previously Katie also). We’ve dealt with a number of letting agents in the past and I’d have to say they’ve been the most efficient. We actually used RPMS about 17 years ago when we returned to the area but wasn’t thrilled with the service then but that seems to have changed a lot.

If we have a problem, they deal with it or at least attempt to when they can. Would recommend them to others.

I was a tenant over a period of 4 years for a lovely property in Beverley. Their online system and app are good with the allocation to report damages or faults. I never had any issues with their inspections and always tried to find a convenient time to accommodate them. Overall it was a really good experience.

I have no hesitation in recommending RPMS from a Landlord’s perspective. Katie and her colleagues carry out a fast and efficient service and we are very happy lwith the work that they do for us.

I have been a tenant with RPMS letting for 7 years. Oli Philip is my Portfolio Manager and I have found him to be polite, professional and friendly. Oli always responds quickly to the emails that I send him regarding repairs. When my oven needed repairing a couple of months ago, I was amazed at the speed of the telephone call from the contractor coming to fix the oven, as I had only emailed Oli, less than an hour previously. I would recommend Oli and the team to anyone who was thinking about renting. RPMS offers a very high-quality service.

Having had considerable experience over the past decade with Estate and Letting Agents in the capacity of Buyer, Seller, Tenant and Landlord, I can confidently say that the service provided by RPMS is by far the most professional and genuine that I have dealt with.

Our portfolio with RPMS comprises the management of only one property, however we feel that this has never impacted upon the professional, courteous and prompt manner with which RPMS and, more recently, our Portfolio Manager, Katie, have dealt with us.

In addition, their straightforward, clear and proactive attitude towards communication, documentation, legislation and issue resolution is much appreciated!
