One of the best letting agents I have dealt with. Laura is my designated member of staff to go to if I have any problems and she is superb! Nothing is too much trouble and when I do have a problem she resolves things very quickly.

We have been in our property for 3years.
We have been in our property for 3 years now!
Originally we could go on the site using our password when issues needed addressing with quick results! Sadly this no longer exists .
On saying that on emailing or ringing the office issues are still addressed quite quickly by Laura.
Landlords/ landladies have to be contacted initially which has to be taken into consideration in regard to waiting times.
