Have used RS Watch Repairs twice now and both times have been very satisfactory experiences. Estimates were given and the repairs were carried out in the timeframe and prices quoted. Communication during the repair process is excellent and everyone I spoke to at the company were very friendly and helpful.

RS Watch repairs serviced mine and my wife’s watches. I’d not heard of them so I went off the great reviews. I certainly wasn’t disappointed. When I collected them I thought they were new watches despite them both being 15 years old and never been serviced.

The whole experience was top class, high quality. From the first meeting, the care and sincerity that you are dealt with is perfect when you are dealing with items that are extremely valuable and sentimental in my case.
The online updates throughout the process are excellent and having your own profile log in is above and beyond expectation really, and also the quote process was highly professional.
Then when you pick the watch up, the work was exceptional. This company are highly recommended and can be trusted with your Watch completely.

Tag Watch Repair and Service
My Tag watch had some water damage, and they were able to help me by replacing the inner movement and servicing the watch.
Throughout the process, they informed me of each stage, when the parts were ordered, arrived, installed, and reviewed. All in all the process took just under 10 days from drop-off to pickup.
Very transparent process and very friendly staff. Should anything happen to my watch again I'll take it back to these guys.

Excellent experience
Excellent communication throughout, including a telephone conversation and emails.
The work on the watch appears to have been excellent, and in fact they were able to do what Tag Heuer themselves could not.
Very quick turnaround and reasonably priced. I have been thoroughly impressed with the the experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

Really great service
Really great service, professional and miracle work to restore a heavily damaged watch. It's the last time I accidentally forget I'm wearing a 40yo chronograph whilst SCUBA diving!

Omega Seamaster bezel and glass repair
Ive just collected my son's Omega Seamaster which required a new bezel and glass. I was updated via email and phone as to the status of the repair(some parts needed to be ordered). The cost was what I would expect of a high quality watch repair carried out by a an expert with years of experience. In summary - a great service. I would recommend RS- and even if you dont live in the Manchester area, a postal service is available. :-) :-) :-)

Excellent service!
I sent my Omega Seamaster to RS watch repairs to fix a scratched seconds hand and some dust left on the dial by a careless jeweller.
I can only reflect all the other reviews left here. RS were brilliant all the way through - the watch came back to me with fresh seals and hands, a replaced HE valve (free) and a pristine dial (and I can be quite picky!).
I will be sending all my watches to RS from now on. Couldn’t recommend more.

Rolex Submariner Service
Dropped my Submariner in for repair/service after the watch stopped working. A service was recommended due to (a) the time since the last one and (b) the cost of repair being similar to a service. The service was completed within four weeks. Online system tracked all the process and timely email updates were provided. Well recommended service - won't hesitate to return when the watch next needs a service.

Couldn’t fault the service or the price…
Couldn’t fault the service or the price from start to end. Very clear instructions and made very simple and secure to send my watch to them. Regular updates as watch was repaired serviced and then cleaned. Returned today within the times they said it would be returned. No hesitation in recommending.
