Great response to a small problem, excellent,

Sent a watch to them for assessment but they didn't even bother taking the back off to look inside before giving me a ludicrous quote.
Their report on the watch's condition was also totally inaccurate.
Extremely disappointing experience.

This is standard practice, particularly where authorisation has not yet been given to proceed further.

The assessment provided to you was based on our professional evaluation at the time of inspection. We stand by the accuracy of our report, which reflects what was observed upon receipt of the watch. Had a Tissot that fell on the floor and sprung open! It is a few years old, mind. Sent it to Swissmade and after a decent length of time I got my fully serviced, polished watch back looking as good as new.
Highly recommended.
I also own an Omega Seamaster so guess where I will be having that serviced? :-)

Incredible service. They managed to fix my Rolex Datejust when numerous others couldn’t. Their repair from home process was faultless as was the team and communication. All done in 2 weeks and significantly cheaper than other repair centres. Couldn’t be happier - thank you!

Absolutely fantastic, I sent my mother’s vintage Longines to SwissMade in a bad state. The watch hadn’t worked for years, the crown was broken, and the old strap and clasp were in bits. I got a very reasonable quote for a new strap and full service shortly after posting it. Within 2 weeks, I received the watch, and it looked brand new. So happy to be able to wear it again!

I have an ebel wave watch 45 years old. And took in I for a service as had crack the face. Nervous to hand it off to a specialist and was very pleased with level of attention they gave the process. Had the right parts, and came back looking gleaming. Great communication throughout which was a plus - as don’t often get the great customer care with the old watch specialists!
