I tried 3 other companies who all wanted a minimum order of £20 or £50 and then came across Lifeswonderful Ltd and their website Rubber Ferrules. They were so helpful trying to work through an issue of mine and find a solution. They then found a product that could be adapted to suit our requirement. Great customer service. Excellent experience with this company. Found them by chance, ordered what I needed, very reasonably priced (£s cheaper for better quality). Royal Mail lost the first delivery but I emailed William, he responded within 5mins, confirming another set would be sent, this set arrived safely. Solid, well made furrules, will definitely be ordering further items. Fantastic customer service A***.
